Currently when you loot at the scam accusations you would see there are lot of complaints but it's seems there is not being done so far.. well I understand how most of you feels towards how some casinos treating you guys wrongly, most people do have deposit pending and they wouldn't want to solve the previous issues they went ahead making additional deposit whereby all their payments got stocked.

Avoiding feeling cheated is exactly why I play on provably fair games almost exclusively.

It's an interesting phenomena that as gambling grew so many role were introduced to non provably fair games. Although the tech is there we as a community kind of fail to spread the word and keep standards high. At least next time you play you should know about this option.

If that does not work, you can try sites like Casinoguru to see if it would work.

What do you mean stocked? Are you referring to a stuck transaction where you deposit some amount, but the casino deposit status is still in pending status while the block explorer tells you it's already confirmed?

About the complaints that you see on scam accusations, the reason why most of them are not solved is because most of them are not legitimate complaints. For past instances when I played at fiat based online casinos I felt cheated (or even scammed) by it because I got an offer to make a deposit (even though it wasn't big because the minimum was only $5 when converted to USD) and I did so but only afterwards my account was permanently banned even though I had just signed up and deposited and hadn't even tried any games.
I tried using the live chat service but there was no response which made me stop being in a fiat-based casino until now.

I have not had a pending deposit before that I had to contact support or even raise a ticket for it to reflect, most people you see logging those reports were having network issues and couldn't get very patient to resolve their connection issues before logging complaints, unless of course, it is stuck for days or even weeks then it is not normal.

People do not casino terms and conditions and feel every casino should operate like the other, most people you see complaining has been in a way or the other indicted by the casino T&C and upon review, they are found guilty, algorithms have their own weakness too in detecting multiple devices since they log IP addresses and most people have made mistakes of allowing others to log into the same casino with their devices which ended up flagging their accounts as belonging to the same person. The only place I fault the casino in that regard is not restricting them immediately but allowing them to play until they want to withdraw before restricting them.

I think the only solution is to avoid them in the first place.

And doing research before you gamble to any of them, it's best to see the reviews or there are active scam accusations.

Because with your own time and research, you'll determine if that's worth it to go for those before deposit such money.

What did I do? I called my losses a day (which were about $40 usd), and never bothered with that casino again. Also, learned my lesson to read terms properly and not be lured by bonuses and such.

It is frustrating because we will see other people seemingly getting easy time contrary to the case with us when we are just beginning to play.

If there is a delay in the deposit, then something must be wrong. If this was the case then I believe almost everyone would be feeling cheated by the casino because that's just the course of the day with gambling, we can never get what we really want and if all our expectations are meant then trust me almost all the casino and sportbook will be closed down by down because the ratio of winner would be absolutely crazy although I understand that feeling of almost winning feels like someone is actually behind controlling the game to come different but that's just how it is .

I had a couple of times a bad issues with a casino...the better way is always to try to understand why there was a specific error. it was based on a bias by them? why there was this issue? in any case, they can always to not pay. wasting hours with many requests would not bring any help.

Losing streak and then I try to check if it is provably fair. Or again, thread I created like the near miss or near hit psychology, although says that they don't have control over it, but at some point wherein you are losing a lot of money and not making that bonus round or huge multiplier, you might have to think that they are cheating.

For those who have valid reasons, then obviously, you have to raised accusations against them. And let them answer your doubts whether they are really cheating or not. You just have to show the proof to the community though and maybe they will lean towards you.

But the thing is that even if those casinos have scam accusations, gamblers are going to still play with them no matter what the warnings are.

There may be some people who experience something like this, but everyone must solve the problem by providing truly valid evidence in the case you are experiencing to their support team, if there is no response whatsoever and the process is complicated, it is better for you to switch to a more trusted casino, If you are someone who does not want to bother with this matter, it would be better to look for better casino gambling rather than chasing bonuses that are not certain to be obtained, because we also have to be really careful and avoid sites like that if you force it there are 2 possibilities your money will be returned or just lost.

Mistakes can happen and not everything you see on scam accusation board is valid one too, as far as I know 80% of the cases where the user violated the casino terms and ended up losing their wins or the account and sometimes along with the funds but it's not cheating as long as user is at fault.

If the mistake is one the casino side then they will take a look into it and try to resolve it and if they didn't do it then they will have a red tag under their profile.

Actions would surely depend on the amount involved, and whether the casino operates within the same country, because then they will decide going against the casino, but the casino operates from somewhere else, then in such times it becomes difficult to sue the casino because you can't travel around so much, especially if it's international flights, because you will have to spend a lot of money on that. That's why, one would only spend money on suing a casino if they know the money involved is pretty high, and that they have a strong case.

If the money involved is not that significant, and you know that you are not in a country where you can easily sue the casino for the money, then there is no point because you will only lose more money if you do that. Even if you are completely sure that you have been cheated, you will still have nowhere to go because it's not like you can lodge complaints about such issues online and your case will get solved and you will get your money back.
