Actually I have not heard much about deposit pending problem in casino, but what I mostly hear is withdrawal problem. Most people often complain that when depositing money there is no problem but however withdrawal usually becomes a problem. But if people notice that they have pending deposit, they should not have continued depositing more, rather they have to resolved the existing problem first before they can go ahead and deposit again. That is my own way of to solve that kind of issue.

i've using so many casino website,  my experiences is not bad, but i am really cheated by a casino platform,
i was deposited some btc in the casino site, and i made few bets in sports, roulette, crash, after losses, some btc was left in my casino wallet, then i didn’t log in my account for a few months, suddenly i log in my account but i've seen my wallet balance is empty,

They should wait for a while until the casinos solve the problems. Casinos can't solve it all at once but need time and investigation before they decide. We can't judge them a scam because they don't explain what is happens.

But if for some days or weeks, they don't respond, people can re-ask them what the progress is. Casinos need to explain the situation and tell people to be patient. But they can't delay it any longer because their customers are not all patiently people.

If the problem is the delay, customers must patience and not deposit more. They have to wait until their first deposit credited to their account. If that does not happen for a day, they can ask the casinos.

Honestly, I have much experienced cheated by casino gambling at position get winning at sport betting by placing multi bet and won huge amount due my bet place up to $50 around 10 to 15 football matches. There was a time when I felt i was cheated, I contacted the casino representative and he gave me an explanation. The explanation made sense to me and I stopped taking further action. If his explanation was nonsense, I would create a scam accusation thread and asked for the community’s support. Casinos are very afraid of bad publicity believe it or not. It is because when they we label them scammers here, it is not only the btt users see what happened, the whole internet sees it and that bad publicity costs them money. That’s why they are at least forced to answer the accusations even if they don’t resolve them correctly. Don’t be afraid to tell us about it if you feel like you were scammed by a casino. I've never encountered any issues and don't feel cheated by the casino because the one I chose has a good reputation.

The best approach is to avoid making mistakes, as long as the casino's terms and conditions are clearly written. For example, if a casino only allows one account per player, the steps taken are to do so without requiring players to register and play with more than one account.

This is easy, play at good and reputable casinos. I don't think there's a casino where I feel cheated. I only play at those types of casinos that have complaints, yes, but they resolve them. Why should I feel cheated if this was a fact? This happened several times, but the situation never resolved in my favor. As I understand it, I stumbled upon a fraudulent site that was simply pocketing players' funds. It froze deposits without any apparent reason. It later turned out that they weren't the only ones like that. This will be a lesson and an invaluable experience for me. Always verify information and read reviews.

I’ve never really experienced getting cheated in betting sites. But if that ever happens, I already know what to do. The scam accusation board is there for a reason. I’ll post my experience and just tell the truth if a casino turns out to be a scam.

They might not release my winnings, sure. But it will still hurt their reputation, especially since the community is always watching.

I have never felt cheated by the casino as the casino is clearly in this business to make money and they put some house edge on the slots they offer which over the long run guarantees them to be in profit. However I have felt cheated quite some times when I used to get like 14 to 24 consecutive lost buy bonuses which simply is not acceptable. While this has happened only on Pragmatic before yesterday the same happened to me in Backseat Gaming so it is becoming a worrying thing this one. I guess now I have to agree that the most financially wise decision is to spin into the bonus games and not buying them.

I mostly played provably fair games and sports betting, when I first started I played on a lot of gambling site and there are some gambling site that's really sketchy. I forgot the name but there's this "provably" fair game platform and it's a dice game, at first it looks normal and I've been playing normally but after some time, I lose to a 1.2x in more than 12+ consecutively and of course, what I did first was to check and verify the bets which they have a tool for that and it says that it's verified and fair. However, later on I found out that their built-in checker is fake and if you are going to use 3rd party or manually verify it, the result is different.

I can't do anything about it since it's been months before I found out when some players complained about it and they closed afterwards. Anyway, right now the gambling sites are different, even though they have a checker, they have instructions on how to check if they are fair or not, and if you don't understand it, you can ask the help of AI for steps.

Also to answer your question, the best way to solve the issue (I think), is give information to the public such as our forum so everyone is aware on what's going on. If you are going to tell them directly, they might block you, accused you of something and probably makes other think that you are the one cheating, so before confronting them, it's good that you share all your evidences and inform everyone before sending them a message.

Yes, I once felt cheated by a casino. It's not about the deposits & withdrawals being delayed by the casino, but rather about their gameplay being completely rigged. Some of the scam accusations on the board might be due to the failure to read the terms of service carefully. I find it abnormal for someone to still deposit into a casino when they are having a pending issue. The ideal thing to do is to wait until the initial problem has been sorted out before further deposit is made.

I have had some KYC and withdrawal issues with some cases with some casinos. Maybe I was lucky that it was easily handled by the support team. There have never been any issues that would bring these problems to a third party.

Gamblers should read the terms of service and use mainly reputable casinos that have a track record of transparency.

I have on a couple of instances felt really cheated by not just one casinos but a couple of 'em actually, but in the end, there is nothing I actually did because this feeling emanated from some games I played and lost, this is specially casino and slot games mostly.

I can't possibly start creating a scam accusations against casinos simply because I gambled and experienced a bad loss,  it's absolutely unethical and an irresponsible thing to do, some gamblers engage in laying false accusations against a casino any time they gamble, lost and feel the casino cheated them, but behaviors like this isn't one I encourage, gamblers should learn to take responsibility for their gambling loses.
