What do you think are the best way to solve this issue?

I can't feel scammed by a casino if I don't win a game or win a bet, I usually play sports betting and the result of a match is public so they can't scam people.
The only problem, however, is that if the casino doesn't pay in the event of a win, it's unreliable and therefore behaves incorrectly for obvious reasons.
If you need to add more money to withdraw your deposit is incorrect, I would look for ways to withdraw my money and cancel myself from that casino.

Fortunately, I haven't had any problems, as I don't play for days on end or across multiple accounts. When I read accusations against casinos on this forum, I most often see the players themselves at fault, either because of their dishonesty or because they don't understand all the casino rules. Furthermore, if a player sees some violations in their opinion, why do they continue to play at that casino? Find a place where you're respected as a customer, but also follow all the rules yourself, and then I'm sure no one will have any complaints.

What do you think are the best way to solve this issue?
Situations like this are difficult to explain, I also often see users complaining about certain casinos in various cases, whether it is the fault of the casino or the users themselves, but in some cases I also feel confused about what is right and what is wrong.

For now I am still safe with the casino I use and for now I am still safe in everything, be it deposits, withdrawals or winnings.
But in my understanding, if there is a casino that cheats, of course I will never do any activities at that casino again, maybe I will interact well to find a way out, but if it doesn't work out, of course I will do my own thing tofinish it.

Then, they have their own forum too, where we could seek help, and managers will help out other members.

I have not experienced this particular issue before but gambling on a casino and feeling like the company have rigged the game is something that now seem common but you can not always know if the game was rigged or not unless it's very obvious. For this kind of issue that you described, if someone experience it,  they should contact the casino first to know what the problem is  it's when they fail to resolve it, then you can take legal action against them.

Currently when you lootk at the scam accusations you would see there are lot of complaints but it's seems there is not being done so far.. well I understand how most of you feels towards how some casinos treating you guys wrongly, most people do have deposit pending and they wouldn't want to solve the previous issues they went ahead making additional deposit whereby all their payments got stocked.

Best remedy is to play through tried and tested casino's, and by the way having issues with the casino is never the problem.. it's how they handle such matters that tells you if your casino is good or bad!!

Btw, cases we see on the scam accusations board are not all errors by them.. sometimes it's the players themselves that are in the wrong and use the forum to tilt the case in their favour, and when the casino is on firm grounds that it won't over turn the case.. we all rush to paint them a bad name without following the case.. otherwise stick to casino's you have had a great experience to avoid disappointments.

Sometimes it happens this way that we feels cheated and don't know what to do, and this often occur when we know that there is no any form of error coming from our end that has resulted to what we are facing, though as for me, i never felt such has ever happened before, because i don't gamble to that extent that i begin to suspect my casino operators for manipulation, not that something similar like this does not occur, but never happened to me before if i can remember, while form the other aspect, some don't even know they are the cause to why they seem to believed being cheated.

Having a rigged games is not that popular since casino usually have a reputation to protect while they are just offering 3rd party games and house games usually use provably fair system for a transparent game play.

Most of the issue of scam accusation involves ToS abused such as bonuses, unfair gaming and so on related to casino features rather the games itself.

I never felt that the casino had cheated me. If there is any issue like delayed withdrawal, pending deposits, I always contact the live support for inquiries and for how to solve the problem.  And every time I reached out to casino live support, the issues are fixed promptly.

I think this is the beauty of playing on reputable casinos, since they are concerned about their reputation, their customer service is always on hand to solve problems and assist with inquiries.

That's why it's important to identify professional casinos that can resolve complaints, especially regarding pending deposits. I usually prefer to use casinos with a much better reputation for gambling. I often hear complaints like this because some casinos are unfair, but overall, I haven't experienced this. I may have experienced a withdrawal delay once, but after contacting the casino, it was resolved successfully.

The best approach is to contact the casino because they have a service, but if that can't be resolved, it's best to avoid such casinos. They lack integrity and may be simply trying to scam people. Therefore, we need to be careful when choosing a casino to gamble with.

If you found your self in such situations the best is to communicate the casino let them know what you are facing. Then the next thing is to wait for there response but if they haven't don't make any deposit until they have resolved the first one because it will be a great mistake to make. The casino maybe having some financial issues or they are scam so it will be unwise to make second when your first deposit is still pending but if you have already made the mistake you have no other options but to watch and see if the problem will be resolved

The only way to resolve these problems is to contact the casino's support through legitimate channels on the website. Unfortunately, in cases of scam accusations, the casino rarely sends a representative to respond. The representative might even have good intentions and forward the problem to support, but the casino owner might order them not to pay. Since the representative can't say the casino won't pay because they don't want to, they will choose to disappear from the forum.

I don't think I've ever felt cheated or anything like that. Except by a few small casino sites that I tried with small amounts of money just to check their suitability and convenience, which turned out to disappoint me quite a bit. I usually feel disappointed when customer service doesn't respond at all or they respond slowly without offering a solution. I always leave the site immediately without complaining about anything because I already understood the risks before trying it.

However, when I bet on well-known sites, I’ve never felt cheated, even though my withdrawal process was delayed for a few days once. But when I reported it, everything was resolved quickly.

It’s better to avoid sites that don’t have a clear reputation. And if there are issues related to deposits or delayed withdrawals, it’s better to report them first and avoid making additional deposits that could potentially get stuck even more.

Did not faced such issue , But I've some bad experience with some casino regarding deposits and withdrawal. But I got my all payments at the end . Usually these issue raised by slots game, try to play always good provider's game. If you are facing any issue with the casino, and casino itself not responding with your request and unsolvable try to contact casinoguru.

In our forum , if that casino representative is available, try to reach them. I have never experienced a delayed deposit, even with new casinos on the forum. I have experienced some delays when making withdrawals; although the process takes a long time, they do pay.

If you found your self in such situations the best is to communicate the casino let them know what you are facing. Then the next thing is to wait for there response but if they haven't don't make any deposit until they have resolved the first one because it will be a great mistake to make. Probably every time i lose too many consecutive rolls or spins, i know most gamblers feel the same way, lol. The only real solution i can think of is to stop gambling altogether, but that's easier said than done. In reality, people still continue to gamble even after experiencing this kind of losing streak many times already.

There was when I funded money to one of my casino accounts, and I received an email that they had received my deposit, but when I logged into my casino account, my account balance was zero. If the casino is well known reputable legally compliant then I really think that we should not worry about those cases since maybe there's just an issue happened that they our out of control. The best thing to do with is really to communicate with them so that they can also help us to fix those issues. It maybe take some time for the casino to resolve those issues but still its good if we can see them paying attention with those troubles we raise to them.

We might be in huge trouble if the casino don't have good reputation and if many people experience same issue. Well I think that's a sign that they are about to scam those people depositing also playing in their casino.

I do nothing with it. The main rule is to have minimal sum on deposit. After win - fast withdraw all sum except money for 1-2 bets. If i have some restrictions like limits - i create new account with fake data.

We can do nothing with casino. The same time - casino can do everything using ToS. They even can ban gambler because they want to do it.

Big gambler can try to get the money back through the court. Common gambler can do nothing.
