Of course that is true and any casino that is that reputable do not wait for complain to spread their problems across the platform they will fix it as quickly as possible than allowing them to get issues before having to solve them, most times it spread negativity towards the casino, and people could be afraid to go use them just as the above poster has already said about using reputable casinos, and they loses customers if they don't seat up and changes their ways of cheating gamblers. It is actually true that some fault could come from the gambler itself but want to blame it to the casino.

First of all, if you are making use of a legitimate casino then you have nothing to worry about getting scammed or cheated, any issues concerning pending withdrawals that seems like it is not forth coming is usually settled within a short period of time. And in the aspect of games that being played casino games usually have a high level of house edge, most gamblers feel cheated when they lose but it is how it is

I don't know what I will do except just wait and ask them many times. We can prevent the problem by registering with reputable casinos so we don't have to deal with it.

The deposit delay may occur at any time due to the network issues so if that happens, we should wait and then complain to them.

I am not experienced with deposit pending and even if that happens, the pending does not take too long. But scam casinos can easily put a deposit on hold, pretending there is a network problem but there isn't. So make sure you gamble at reputable casinos to avoid the problems.

There is always a line that differentiate scam casinos and those that have tedious withdrawal rules and manner as you mentioned, the way and manners at which a scam casino absorb money from gamblers is clear and direct, e.g asking gamblers to make extra deposits before they can withdraw they fund's or outrightly blocking them without any clear reasons and evidence to prove the gambler ever did anything wrong while on their platform.
