Bitcoin isn’t the way you think,    There is no specific time to buy, and there is no specific time to sell, if you are buying or selling, make sure you do your analysis, if you think it’s already the appropriate time to buy after doing your analysis, then you can just buy, and if you think it’s already appropriate to sell, then you can just sell.

All I will say is that you are suppose to buy when the price is down, and sell when the price is high, and you should know that there is risk in either bitcoin investment or trading, so you just have to be prepared for that. This is a tough question because of the timeline in different countries. Trading websites are international, so the theory about having the right time to sell and buy could just be a hoax, so that traders will be manipulated. Still, I don't think that will work now because of DCA.

Yes, that's one way to wait too long with the current market conditions when it's worrying that the bullish period has passed. A very rapid decline means that the opportunity to get a high price is unlikely to be obtained.
