We don't have appropriate time to buy and sell it all depends on the market price and time, as a trader you need to know what you want before starting, if you will be trading for short term or long term, but from my understanding traders tend to trade more on a short-term in other to avoid loss in their fund since the profit will be small compared to long term investment and can't withstand waiting.

Investing is bitcoin takes long term and not short term, therefore it's is important to invest for long term and hold it than being a trader , selling at every point in time is not a good idea because you will not be as profitable as holding for long term.

it is only those that don't understand what bitcoin is and what volatility is , that will allow what is happening to affect them. Some investors may be impulsive at this period by allowing emotions to cloud there sense of reason and they will end up taking the wrong decision.

True..  Big drops like this do shake people, especially those who bought high like you said.. But moments like this are usually the best time to accumulate, not panic, just few persons understand that.. You can not really time the perfect bottom, so the key is having a strong mindset, buying when others are scared and holding when the price falls..
Even if the market stays bearish for now, I will still say the best move is to stick to the plan, keep accumulating wisely if you still can, and hold the coins you already have..

There was no particular time since the market is just way too unpredictable to do that, so if your waiting for the right timing it might take you a very long time, and timing it is almost impossible since you will not accurately predict the bottom of the market, right now the market is down and I would say that it's a very good time to buy the market or investment, but still there was no guarante since market could still drop even though we are already on the bottom.
