While I agree that modern life is getting more stressful, I also think that it is getting more unfair. I have always suggested that because old timers (our parents and further ago) would have a fair life where they would work silly jobs and still be able to get a house and a car and vacation home even sometimes, most of the world lived very fairy and the gap between wealthy and normal people weren't this much, which gave the people a chance to live a proper life.

We do not have that anymore, and it looks like that is coming out of gambling. Because 20-25 year old kids seeing that they are not even paid a rent worth of money, realizes the only possible way they can ever get out is by getting lucky in a casino, because they will never be paid fairly.

You could be right and at the same time be wrong, one could be gambling to escape life stress but definitely not me because I will be more stressed in that practice. But however, I have seen people leave there home to a physical casino just to escape home problems like nagging wife and noise of kids, gambling in my opinion would not even help you in any way because the longer you keep runing the more you become addicted and wants to run from life stress for the rest of your life.

I don’t fully agree with that, to be honest. I’ve been gambling for around 10 years and for me it was always about the money, not an escape.

You can not escape anxiety through gambling because you can increase your anxiety with gambling, if you have anxiety you should gamble less because gambling will not give you an escape to in but it will make it pronounced.

Gambling will make you do some thinking so no people are not coming to gambling because of that.

If you run into series of losses then won't it add more stress to the one you are already facing as a result of the state of the economy? Gambling is never an escape route to hardship, stress, anxiety or depression. If you want to gamble let it be at a time when your mind is at ease because that is when you will enjoy the fun of it but when your mind is occupied by those things and you gamble, the situation will become worst if at the end of the day you didn't win.

How not to stress seeing people around you living better but you are still just like that, work is difficult, there is work that does not cover the full needs of course in addition to the boss's requests that always burden a lot of work at once, definitely stress quickly.

I do not gamble to relieve my thoughts because I enter the game of gambling when my mind is fresh, if I gamble to avoid my thoughts and I lose then my tension will increase several times. I agree with some of it because I often do it, taking a break from work to play because I'm tired or stressed, but not all stress can be relieved by playing, because it depends on the level of the problem being faced, right now I'm very stressed because of work but I don't think about playing because the pressure is more than usual and playing could increase my stress so I choose not to play, so in conclusion, in my opinion, it also depends on the level of pressure being faced.
