I agree with some of it because I often do it, taking a break from work to play because I'm tired or stressed, but not all stress can be relieved by playing, because it depends on the level of the problem being faced, right now I'm very stressed because of work but I don't think about playing because the pressure is more than usual and playing could increase my stress so I choose not to play, so in conclusion, in my opinion, it also depends on the level of pressure being faced.

Making a break when pressure is great is a highly suitable and rational psychological safety precaution. When work load is heavy, it demands a permanent solution not a short time solution that will bring an added burden to mental or financial strife. Coercing yourself into the game when you are mentally unwell will merely cause more anger in case the outcome of the game is not good. We should know that, our peace cannot be achieved when we cover the root of the issue by acquiring entertainment activities that do not add value to the moods.

It's a factor. But those problems are mostly for the rich. For the poor, gambling is about trying to make more money, although it's the wrong choice.

I agree to some extent. I believe there are two main reason why the majority of people are getting into gambling: they are either trying to escape their reality by getting adrenaline and thrill from gambling, also there are people who simply wish to get as much money as possible in the shortest time.

Modern life has brought more stress and more hardship to an important percentage of the population of the planet and (at the same time) it has brought ease to access gambling from our phones and computers, it is the perfect cocktail for more people getting into casinos, something which cannot be compared to previous generations experienced. Times were simpler in previous decades, there was no so much rush and it seemed time moved slower, nowadays everyone seems to be rushing their way to get money and value for their time.

I agree with you, but most times we often get carried due to over confidence and greed. I disagree. In my opinion, online gambling is not a solution to life's stress. Instead, it creates new problems, even bigger ones, as money runs out and thoughts become heavier. Life's difficulties aren't solved by gambling, as it's clearly detrimental. A healthy escape in positive activities should make us better, not further trapped in gambling. That is a valid reason why someone needs to avoid gambling when they're stressed. It can add to the damage that you're feeling and that's why don't gamble when you're feeling tired and stress with anything. You're likely to lose most of your money because you'll be all-out in it. You are absolutely correct. That is the reason why I don't agree with any of the options stated in the op to be the reason why online gambling is becoming more appealing. People don't primarily need it to relief any stress or anything. The fact is that online gambling is readily available and easily accessible. The fact that anyone can just access it even from the toilet is what is making it gain more relevance. Some gamblers are using it well, but many gamblers are being ruined by online gambling.  It's even worst for those who want to use gambling to escape from any life challenge they are facing.

But if that's how they see it, we can't stop them from doing it. We all have our ways of dealing with stress. And if that's the way for them to do so, only them can justify it and if it helps them we should be happy for how it's giving them the escape that they need. It is us that knows more about ourselves, so if it's helping you to deal with emotional problems and stress, you're free to do it. Yet, if you know that it's going to be a drawback to you if you do it while being stressed, you better find some other ways in dealing with it or simply go to sleep and take that nap that your body needs.

Though these parameters might be true as alleged to the reason why people gambles, but that's not absolutely the main reason why gambling seems to be more appealing to gamblers now than before. Because what's most important that has played a major role forr the Gambling industry is the availability of the internet (i.e Online Gambling Casinos), which makes it easier for gamblers all across the globe to be access gambling anytime from anywhere with needing to walk to a physical casino.
