Kudos to the organizers of this Nigerian food contest. I am delighted to participate in this contest. I used rice to prepare Tuwo Shinkafa, which is commonly eaten in the northern part of Nigeria. Beans were used to prepare the soup, while cow meat was used to prepare the peppered meat. The ingredients include scent leaf, garlic, and other spices.
The meal is very palatable.
