However you are right there deposit in Usdt has only three network and Bsc is not there, so maybe anybody that's going through Usdt deposit on there casino will have to use one of those options they kept available while they wait for the casino to consider Bsc network. But still you could, technically ask for KYC right? That's the same as being a KYC casino. Standard user experience or not, it shouldn't matter much.

Mate you are either KYC or no KYC, but being in the middle doesn't help but creates more gray area, you should have realised that by now. Users are concerned, they have the right to. At first glance many would have assumed it as non kyc, but you clearly aren't (at least at some point), not to mention you also have a licence.If I were in your place, I would have just removed that No Kyc part from the ANN page, and be done with it! That would be the most transparency thing to me.
