According to their official representative, the 2nd statement is correct. As for the first one, their platform is completely a new product. This is what found in their pervious replies.

To clarify — KazaBet launched recently. Our experience in crypto & gambling goes back to ~2013, but the product itself is new. We preferred building quietly before speaking publicly.

Kaza launched only now, not in 2013. we wish! However, we've been in the crypto and casino space as users, players, employees, degens and investors since 2013. Lots of experience and connections accumulated.

If a casino team has extensive experience in running a similar business, I believe they already understand what players want. So I understand why their slogan is "By Gamblers for Gamblers". It actually makes sense if they are really thinking from the players' point of view and making improvements to their product. I am not as active in casinos as I was back in 2019 or even later than that. I remember the casinos usually say thanks for your suggestions, and that's it. But there were some casinos which might have heard players opinions and worked on their product.

Yes that's pretty much right, we met 10+ years ago through various discord and telegram chatgroups related to gambling, crypto trading/investing. One thing leads to the other and now we're here. We're pretty much covering all of these roles you mentioned within our inner circle(s).

The crypto futures trading app is not live yet, is in it's final dev phase. It should go live in February. The frontend is actually ready and it's already functional (price feed, buy, sell, PnL), we just need to finalize the related backoffice components (user data, transactions, parameters, dashboard).

Maybe contact their support first to see what they have to say?

They definitely do not just go around blocking every single account that makes their first $50 deposit, or they would have no new customers.

You should ask what part of their Terms and conditions did you broke, because personally, I think blocking people's accounts for using a 1.01x multiplier is just ridiculous, it's like they are forcing you to place risky bets because if you don't, you'll get banned. I have gambled a lot using a 1.01x multiplier and have never had an issue with it at other casinos.

Like someone suggested before, first contact their support and where they are unable to resolve the issue or you feel you have a genuine case against the casino, then proceed to the Scam Accusation section of the forum and create a thread for them and people will look into your case and help join you in pushing for a solution to the issue else the reputation of the casino will e damaged. Good luck on your trying.

Yeah, that's very weird. Would love to hear what KazaBet has to say about this.

If you don't want this guy as a customer, that's fine. But confiscating his deposit doesn't seem right, definitely not for this reason.
