Hello,

I am opening this thread to report and document my case with TrustDice.win and to ask the community for advice.

Timeline of events:

- On November 12, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of 401 USD from my TrustDice account.
- Immediately after submitting the withdrawal, I took a screenshot showing the status as “Under Review”.
- Shortly after this withdrawal request, my account was suspended and my funds were confiscated.

Important context:

- Before this incident, I had successfully withdrawn 40 USD, which was approved and processed without any issues.
- TrustDice later claimed that my account was banned due to an alleged “duplicate account” violation.
- I categorically state that I own and operate only one account.
- No evidence of any duplicate account has ever been provided to me.
- The suspension happened only AFTER the 401 USD withdrawal request, not before.

Additional details:

- I use a VPN due to internet restrictions in my country. VPN usage alone does not prove multiple accounts.
- My account was considered valid until the moment I requested a larger withdrawal.
- The justification for confiscation was communicated only after my funds were locked.

Evidence available (screenshots can be provided upon request):

- Screenshot of the 401 USD withdrawal marked as “Under Review”
- Screenshot of a previously successful 40 USD withdrawal
- Email from TrustDice Compliance confirming the ban and confiscation
- Email confirmation from Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA)

I am not requesting paid recovery services or private assistance.
I am simply asking for guidance, public review, and a fair resolution.

Thank you for reading.

You can attach clear evidence and upload it to TalkImg. This will be really helpful for other players of this casino to assess the situation, even if it is not meant to get direct assistance here. This is because their forum representative has been inactive for a long time and has previously announced that he will not intervene in resolving issues on this board. Therefore, what I advise you to do is submit a complaint on AskGamblers, as it appears their average response time is 2 days so hopefully this will help.

Regarding the VPN, according to their website, it doesn't violate their policy; on the contrary, they welcome it. However, if it is used for any unauthorized purposes or in violation of their other rules, it may be considered a breach, and they may take any actions they deem appropriate regarding your account and funds.

Thank you for your input.

I understand that VPN usage can sometimes trigger automated risk systems.
However, I would like to clarify a few important points:

- TrustDice approved and processed a $40 withdrawal earlier, which confirms my account was considered valid at that time.
- No warning, restriction, or verification request was issued before the $401 withdrawal.
- The suspension happened only AFTER the $401 withdrawal request, not before.
- I operate only one account and no evidence of duplicate accounts has been provided to me.

VPN usage alone does not prove multiple accounts, especially when previous withdrawals were approved.

I have screenshots and emails to support all of the above and can provide them if requested.
I am here for transparency and fair review, not conflict.

You should just go ahead and upload your evidence for transparency and for somebody to help you further.

Thank you for the suggestion.

As requested, I am now sharing the evidence for transparency:

1) $401 withdrawal marked as "Under Review":

2) Previous successful $40 withdrawal (approved and processed):
[LINK] https://i.postimg.cc/sfHFqvNg/Screenshot_۲۰۲۵۱۲۱۳_۰۵۴۵۱۴.png

3) Email from TrustDice Compliance confirming the ban and fund confiscation:

4) Email confirmation from Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA):

These clearly show that:
- My account was considered valid before the $401 withdrawal
- The suspension happened only AFTER the larger withdrawal
- No evidence of duplicate accounts was ever provided

I am sharing this purely for transparency and fair public review.
Any guidance is appreciated.

This is why I never use any VPN service when accessing a casino even when it allows its usage because things can take quite a turn in an instant. Using a VPN to access a casino is like wearing a mask and walking past the bank's security, they all become suspicious of you even when you are not there to rob.

Secondly, if the past IP addresses of the VPN were used to create accounts or abuse casinos, and you use the same IP addresses to register and access the casino, they are going to instantly flag your account thinking you are part of the other banned multiple accounts

Thank you for the discussion.

I would like to clarify the VPN point respectfully, as there seems to be some misunderstanding.

I use a single, paid VPN service due to internet restrictions in my country.
My connection is stable and consistent, and I do not rotate VPN providers or change IP locations on a daily basis.

The VPN is used purely for access reliability, not to create or operate multiple accounts.
I operate only one account and have no reason or intention to use more than one.

I hope this clarification helps keep the discussion focused and accurate.
Thank you for your understanding.
