Bc game scam deposit not credited

In bc game i deposit 5000 INR on 15/11/2025, 7:42:34 PM money has been debited from my bank account but not credit is bc game.
 
It has been 33 days it is very long time because bc game says that in 2hr your deposit will be credited if not they have one more option after 7days you will apply manually and it will be credited in 24hr or 7days full compensation but i didn’t get credited in 2hr not manually not in 7days full compensation it has been now 33days since my money has been debited from bank.that is not fair

 Sir, I had deposited a deposit of five thousand and it was deducted from my account too and I am still not getting the show in gaming. I have also raised tickets. Right now they are saying that we are working on it. As soon as we get any information, we will let you know if this problem occurs repeatedly in my account or sometimes in deposit or sometimes in withdrawal. I am very worried about this gaming.

Well, I think BC never have any intention to scam their players by not crediting INR fiat deposits. With no intention to be rude, I think if they want to exit-scam, they'll start by "having issues with all kind of withdrawal" instead of isolated cases with INR. The amount were also [again, no offense] insignificant to them, so... yeah, pretty much sure if it's just merchant issue, you'll get credited once I get my spare contact.

After 60 days they said they can't processed with the support because the transaction becomes too old!! I can't hide my shock to read such a rude answer from the side responsible for the delay.

This is not the first accusation against bc game about NAIRA deposits. It's not about how much the amount if the process gives the ability to scam money from users. Who can tell how many users had issues with fiat deposits but can't find the way to this forum to complaint and seek help from community.

Considering the long list of unresolved cases against bc game, the high floor should be aware that the casino reputation starts to be very questionable despite the credibility shown during the last years. As we all know, reputation is very hard to build during a long tgime, but quite easy to destroy it at just one time.

Let's see what would happen with this case.
