Everything you said about stoping corruption are true but at the risk of sounding pessimistic I will say that it is not possible to totally stop corruption in Nigeria, and anywhere in the world, it can only be reduced. If square pegs continues to find their ways into round holes we will continue to go in circles in Nigeria, unless the right people steps into leadership positions. All the points that you have mentioned can only be practicable if the right people are at the head to spearhead them.

To reduce corruption in Nigeria, to the bearest minimum is when we flush out all the corrupt politicians in the country but that task is very difficult to actualize. Nobody wants to die or be forgotten in prison if they don't have powerful people that will back their cases. See what happened during end SARS protest where unarmed Nigerians holding our national flag were shot to death. We need a political messiah to take us to our promised land until then it is business as usual for corrupt politicians.

What you have outlined here isn't new, nigeria doesn't need them because there are written laws already in the constitution. If you you're familiar with laws in the 1999 constitution, then you would know that these provisions as mentioned  are stated and  can be found in the 1999 constitution. We already have solutions to curb corruption and elections irregularities but the problems lies with law enforcement agencies and the judiciary itself. The judiciary and law enforcement agencies is corrupt. It has never been potent when using corruption  fight corruption. To eradicate corrupt can't be achievable but it can be Curb. And to achieve that in Nigeria is to  eradicate corrupt officials from both in the government and private sectors.

Kudos to the O.P. I laugh loudly when I read your thread. 'Preachers to practice what they preach' contracts should be given to who deserves them in this Nigeria! Selling of votes and rigging of elections will not stop for the next 50 years.
My brother, Nigerians are not ready yet for the changes. Many people are enjoying the corruption. They don't want it to stop; if corruption must stop in Nigeria, all hands must be on deck. I.e., leaders and followers must play their part. Meanwhile, 99% of people in this country are not ready yet. It will take more than 25 years to come before corruption can be stopped in Nigeria.
The way it can be stopped totally is if poverty can be eradicated totally. Because it's one of the major yardsticks, and also, the readiness of Nigerians and the total cooperation of all Nigerians and the decision to stop it are the way out.

To be very sincere I don't think corruption can very end in Nigeria,  maybe not in my generation. The corruption has eaten deep into the system that it is very hard to stop it. If corruption is to curbed in Nigeria,  because I strongly believed that it can not be eradicated, all the arms of government has to be giving the power to work independently,  although they are meant to work independently according to the constitution,  but the system is so corrupt that the executive tend to work like a dictator, and does not allow the judiciary and the legislative to work independently, but rather find a way to control the other arms of government. I won't really blame the executive alone, because the other arms of government are also corrupt,  so it's easy for the executive to bend them to their own will. If we must end corruption,  we have to do away with this old politicians and also the citizens has to do the right thing and avoid being corrupt by the system.

How can we fix it when the people are docile, the problem of Nigeria is her citizens, we're too docile. We're good in complaining about everything yet we can hold the leaders accountable, the government won't do any reform if we don't hold them accountable, we are too comfortable with anything the government brings to us.  The election is rigged every year what do we do, we only complain online and when few of us call for a protest, the turn up will be poor.

Until we the people stand up against these men then don't expect anything good in the country they, would keep having rigs election and bad leadership, the leaders knows we're docile that's why they don't take us seriously, look at Kenya where the citizens are very agitational, the government are performing because if they fail to perform the people we match to the street to demand it. Nigeria's corruption level has gone beyond that of our political representatives alone  to both you and I, how can we say our leaders are corrupt when we take money from the same corrupt political representatives to vote them back Into offices with hope they will remember us. Its true they are very dangerous to us but we need to change our corrupt mindset and face reality because that is the first step I think we need to rewrite our wrongs. Use Abrahim Traore the president of Burkina faso as a case study, when he saw and believe his country needs change, he worked into office and did extremely different from what those corrupt leadership bodies where doing, one thing he did was working on his salary before even stepping fully into his country's issues.

Corruption can't be wipe out of Nigeria because government is revolving in a circle and the same old and corrupt politicians keeps defecting to a new party that one thought will bring change, God has bless Nigeria with mineral resources to the extent that if our leaders had made good policies for us, we all would have been swimming in wealth but we are now among the first ten most corrupt country in the world.

First and foremost we go need fix our electoral system, every arm of government go need better sweeping cos people wey dey inside there now na them carry the corruption for head. Some say correcting corruption suppose come from us as citizens but the truth be say, those in power, especially the legislative system of government na the major issue to fight corruption.

During the last election, if not for rigging of election, everybody know who suppose win the election,  e too clear cos the votes came in massively for Peter from different state both the federal capital state, until we begin fix these arms, e go hard for us to reduce corruption to a point when be say things go become better.

Our mindset is what's creating more room as to why coming generations need to be corrupted, it starts from the mindset of every Nigeria, the parents raising kids today are even worst, the high expectations from their children have pushed many into crime.

The problem isn't always the government, because if every government sections are been replaced, all this problems will still be there because the problem is the people of Nigeria.
