From what I can see, he already had a history with alternate accounts, and the recent investigation that revealed that one of his accounts was ban evading was what ultimately ruined it, as hugeblack says.

Yes, but as long as on campaign I wasn't afraid and the person build up trust by taking and repaying and I wasn't aware about the ban evason as I could not discover the account which was banned. Also the person was in campaign several weeks but never paid a single dollar.

I can remember how he has help me to give quick loan and I used it to solve the urgency within me.
I don't see the reason of taking loan without paying back, this shows a very bad acts.
Sorry anyway, I believe you should be more careful on those you give loan, and also check if they are willing payback as said.

I never expected a thread like this about this because I have been in perfect communication with you @shasan and I wrote to you the very moment my account was red tagged and you told me that I should take my time to sort myself out.

All of a sudden after the one month extension was due, you sent me a message on telegram that I should pay up all the loan or pay you 50% of my weekly payment which wouldn’t count towards the loan or the interest since I was red tagged, I tried pleading with you to take things easy with me and I was willing to pay you 50% of my weekly payment if  it should count towards my loan repayment but you refused.


The argument took so long because the conditions was too much for me since I also have bills to sort and family to take care of, after days of argument and pleading,  you then also proposed a deal that, since I already had red tags on my profile, I will have to pay you half of my weekly payment and if I get ban or removed from campaign then you bear the loss but if I’m retained, for long as possible, then it simply means I have to bear the loss of sending you half of my weekly payment(these was a fresh deal) I accepted the deal because I had to see reasons with you so I pleaded with you to let us start the deal from the Sunday I was removed from the campaign which was on the 14th of this month but you refused and started threatening me that you will tag my account and send Hhampuz a message for him to remove me from the campaign if I don’t give you $30 for a new month extension even after you proposed a new deal. I told you I didn’t have any money and showed you my wallet balance, you got angry and blocked me on telegram without deleting our chats.

You also gave me a tag on my profile twice within last week with heavy threats and pressures that I should send you the $30 to renew the loan which sincerely I didn’t have and suddenly you removed the tags before 2pm forum time because you threatened that you will flag me that day before 2pm forum time if I don’t pay you the $30 for new month extension even after we already had a new agreement

You had a chance to pay up the loan or at least part of the loan until you were removed about a week back. This shows that you were hoping that Shasan extends your loan so you can stay in the campaign longer. I am very certain that Hhampuz sympathized with you because he probably expected you to pay up that loan but as soon as your accounts were exposed, I don't think you sent Shasan any payment despite being in the campaign after several weeks

Some of us sometimes fail to understand that the moment we become a father even to one person, we lose part of our life to that child because they become our total responsibility, we no longer own our life alone but the child own part of our life, and as such, we can not live any how, make any how decisions anymore, but consider the child in some of the decisions we make.

But Obari simply behaved like a thief, a fellow that can not be trusted one bit, I want to believe he took advantage/held back the loan so he could be retained in the campaign he was in for more time, because he thought the moment he paid off the loan, he would be removed from the campaign due to the negative trust his account already recieved, but he forgot it's someone business money he was holding down, a very insensitive behavior and of selfish attitude.

Nobody in their right senses takes a loan with intention not to pay it back on the agreed date or even before that except someone with motive to scam...
And for the genuine persons, life can be very unpredictable, you lay down a perfect plan but sometimes, things simply find a way to simply go wrong, the fact you've not encountered any serious financial challenge while in a loan deal with Shesan does not mean that those who get into such a mess and can't afford but extend their loan duration are lies, and I am not speaking for obari here, I am speaking for the genuine ones, and this is because I've gone through such experience my self and know what it feels like, I don't want to start telling my story but in all, I still struggled and cleared my loan deal with Shesan plus all the interest not minding his unreasonable attitude in some parts of the process, same thing I expect every genuine person to still do no matter the challenges they face or go through.

For obari, it is clear to me that he purposely refused to pay back this loan because of the tag he got on this account, plus the pending tags to come after he had paid the loan, you should understand where I am driving to if you are a fast thinker, so obari simply scammed Shesan, no justification but all due to his (obari's) greed.

After rereading this thread, I remembered that I said the following to the main character:

Hey Obari. If you have to take out $20 loans you are doing something wrong, very wrong. If it was a one time thing I could understand it since you live in Nigeria, have recently become a father and may have had a health issue. But you have been borrowing for a long time. That at this point you have to ask for $20 when you have been involved in signature campaigns for a long time is due to poor planning, poor management of your personal finances. Learn the basics: to foresee income and expenses, to set up an emergency fund so you don't have to take out these loans. If $20 is important for your economy, having to pay $1 in a short period of time in interest is going to screw your economy even more. I don't even want to calculate the APR because in percentage terms it's crazy.

I say this because many people are addicted to credit, as seems to be your case, and a simple change of mindset and with a little effort over a short period of time, usually a month, you can turn the tables and stop borrowing.

I consider Obari a lost cause after what happened, but if anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, they would do well to take my words to heart.
