Withdrawal not recieved from bc game

  Hi, I recently made a withdrawal of Rs. 5,000 on BC game, which is showing as successful on their r End, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. After that, two more tickets were raised; both are marked as successful from their r end, but I have still not received the funds. I have already shared all required evidence, including my bank statement, however the issue remains unresolved. I request Holy Darkness to please intervene and help get this matter resolved at the earliest.

By now you should be well aware that BC.game is having issues with a payment processor/processors and yet you continue using the same fiat deposit and withdrawal method?

I see you have other two similar accusations regarding bc.game. Why didn't you just opt for crypto deposits and withdrawals for now, or you have multiple accounts?

They've made things simpler to escalate pending transaction to compensate the horrible support. It's easier now compared to your past case. First thing first, mind to share me your ticket from BC? I need the entire long page, so make it two images if you have to. And please upload to talkimg.

This one is not resolved yet, nor being escalated to my contact... well, to be precise, I am currently "contactless" as my fiat contact is on leave and they're yet to assign me a spare.

It's the weekends, you probably would have to wait tomorrow/during weekdays, holydarkness has said before that he doesn't make contact with bc.game support during the weekends. And yes, this case of yours could take a while before it is resolved.

I'm currently assigning your situation to batch #3, and I am currently dealing with batch #2, seeing each one to their sure end and crossing them from my list before escalating the third batch. Please also refer to the fact that I am currently without fiat contact and I'm currently have to make-do with my contact from other division who outreach fiat, on their free time, to get the pile sorted out.

OP, asking for every two days won't help. I assign your case to batch #3, and I'm currently tying every loose end on batch #2 before moving to batch 3. Uhh... cross that, I actually ask my spare contact to drop everything and concentrate on one specific transaction that's about to expire. After that and after batch #2, I will move to yours and get them handled. It'll be dumped to my contact's plate when the time is due. Asking every two days is kinda redundant.
