Hi, I recently made a withdrawal of Rs. 5,000 on BC game, which is showing as successful on their r End, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. After that, two more tickets were raised; both are marked as successful from their r end, but I have still not received the funds. I have already shared all required evidence, including my bank statement, however the issue remains unresolved.
