The average block confirmation time is ~10 minutes. If your Bitcoin is sent 1 minute after the previous block is confirmed, you'll have to wait at least ~9 minutes for $8 million worth of Bitcoin to be considered yours.
So, it depends on whether block confirmation counts as part of the purchase process here. Since this is a large sum of money, it's better to do so, or the hallucination of $16 million a few years later ends up at $0 within the first 10 minutes.

I have noticed a pattern of post from many people on X, the platform is gradually losing its value. Alot of post are made to get impressions so they can get bi-weekly Elon Musk steamy dollars than make a quality engagement, some will know the right thing to post but because they know it wouldn't bang, they will go for something that will go viral.

But I will not turn the $8 million to $16 million because I may not sell until bitcoin gets to $500000, so I will be a expecting over $45 millionnin profit if bitcoin gets to $500000 but presently at $88000. If you find a way to move 8m to an exchange within 2 hours, you will find someone willing to sell. Exchange volume is much higher than 8m per day
That said, you'd be able to spend at least 1m going from one physical exchange to another and that would allow you to at least spend a much larger part of the money than you'd be able to without bitcoin.

IMO you'd be able to set it up so that they take your money right away and deliver bitcoin in a day or two. I'm pretty sure this would be possible in these physical exchange offices as long as you'd be willing to sign a contract with them and of course do KYC because nowadays they have to notify the tax man when someone comes in with that much money in cash.

To be honest, spending 8m in 2 hours when you can't buy real estate and cars is probably impossible, unless you can get an appointment with an investment banker that fast. I'd walk into a bank and demand to see a VIP manager. Then I'd say I have 8m to deposit but the deal is they have to do it in 2 hours and buy ETF shares, most likely they'd be able to do it on paper, although it takes up to 3 days for the purchase to take place (talking from experience).
