If you have not set up a mechanism to release payment upon request, why call it instant withdrawal? From your explanation, you are doing manual review/approval of the withdrawals and as a human, there are times you or the team may not be active due to personal needs which may lead to longer waiting time. My point is that why not add automatic systems that approves withdrawals instead of the manual process you highlighted. Remember that you can grow into a casino with millions of players, you cannot handle these reviews/approvals manually when you have like tens of thousands of people making withdrawal request, can you?

You're right on the fact that at this moment in time, someone could request a withdrawal when I'm not available to approve it. That's very valid. Eventually I will scale into the point where we have a dedicated 24/7 team to review withdrawls and approve them in <1 minute. Again, most casinos even if they offer 'instant withdrawals', still have to approve them.. They just do it fast because they have a dedicated team. I'll be working towards this goal though.

i already did that before posting about it earlier. the problem apparently was from an extension i'm using, after disabling them, the race is working just fine (still don't know which one, need to check one by one later).
