Any Casino Has not been Accused in this Forum? If Any It should Be A Legend One.

I was reading some accusation threads in the Scam Accusation Board and I see that almost all the casinos in the forum have been accused and I was thinking if any casino in the forum is free from the accusations. And if there is any, that casino must be a legend one.

From the first page to the 3 pages is something else. B.C Game is leading all the pages. Why?

Is here any casino that has not been accused in the forum? And he has been here for months or years?

Even though we can't say that all the accusations are incorrect, but most of them are only out of rage and anger from gamblers who lose their money in those casinos and then start accusing them of cheating or whatever. So many casinos and their representatives have successfully proved people wrong for their accusations, because they wouldn't have proper proofs for anything but only fabricated words and screenshots, and when they are asked genuine questions or asked for actual proofs, they become speechless.

There are so many accusations that are invalid. People actually need to grow up and start taking responsibility for their actions instead of blaming the casino for it. If you know you can't afford to lose a certain amount, you shouldn't gamble with it, it's as simple as that, but if you are gambling with that money, and then losing it, but aren't ready to take responsibility for it so then you try to blackmail the casino to get some money out of them. That's not a good thing, but it's done very often.

We can only praise casinos that make actual improvements so that their reputation of their loyal users will not be damaged. Their tenacity in responding to complaints will enable us to see the real characters of entities that are interested in the long-term business integrity.

Improvement is a different topic. That’s mostly about the gambler’s experience, like the games they offer or the kind of UI they present on the player side. What we’re talking about here is scam-related issues, and that’s not something you can fix partially.

You can’t just improve a few things and expect people to forget. If a casino wants to stop being called a scam, they need to fully settle the problem, especially anything related to finances. Otherwise, no matter how nice the UI is, it’s still a scam.

It’s really not that hard to check. As a gambler, you should already know whether gambling is legal or illegal in your own country. That part is on you.

And yeah, it’s also important to check the TOS from time to time because they do change. That’s one way to protect yourself from accidentally violating the rules and keep gambling without unnecessary issues.

Are those gamblers even confident that the KYC they’re submitting is correct and will actually pass the requirements? If not, then there’s really nothing they can do, KYC is a basic requirement after all.

That said, a good casino shouldn’t be withholding winnings just because KYC failed. If the verification doesn’t pass, the proper move should be to release the funds and then close the account. For me, that’s how best practice should look like, fair and clean, no excuses.
