It is getting more interesting. I see this bonus in my account which I have no idea where it came from. (don't know if this was there when I started to complain initially) Not sure if Royse is doing something there but It is not the solution to my problem

This is the response from the team.
I received a response from my colleagues. He has a bonus of 0.0003 BTC activated with a x40 wager, which is why he cannot make a withdrawal.
We can remove this bonus for him and he will be able to withdraw his money.

Yes that would be nice, but I haven’t activated any bonuses myself. Also the exchange rate isn’t right as well as you can see. (61 usd/ 0.0007btc aint no ~70 usd) Either somebody had access to my account (but if he did, he would have emptied the whole account) or some other shady thing is happening which i haven’t figured out yet.
update: i cancelled the bonus myself, I can withdraw now but the problem with the exchange rate remains.
It is quite possible that they gave me hero member rates instead of legendary. That explains the mismatch. It probably happened last week as well.

Glad that you were able to withdraw the funds. Regarding the exchange rate and possible mistakes on payment rate. I checked your spreadsheet and I can confirm that I am giving you $3.50 per post (legendary rate).
On week#4, the eligible posts from you was 18 which earned you $63.00. The BTC rate on 24th Jan 00:00 UTC was $89,493.00 which means your payment supposed to be 0.00070397 BTC.
I do all the calculation, Bitz management takes the individual address and BTC amount from me and credit the accounts. If you suspect your account is compromised then let me ask the team to check it. I will get back to you after hearing from them.
