There is another issue, I see 0.00070397 which is 61 usd and in the last few days btc went as low as 86k usd, 91k usd as the highest and that's 0.00076-0.0008 btc (70 usd) at the worst. This is quite alarming. Last weeks pay was around 65 usd and I didn't care much but this week (combined with the other issue) they are begging for a punishment from dt.

It is getting more interesting. I see this bonus in my account which I have no idea where it came from. (don't know if this was there when I started to complain initially) Not sure if Royse is doing something there but It is not the solution to my problem

I received a response from my colleagues. He has a bonus of 0.0003 BTC activated with a x40 wager, which is why he cannot make a withdrawal.
We can remove this bonus for him and he will be able to withdraw his money.

Yes that would be nice, but I haven’t activated any bonuses myself. Also the exchange rate isn’t right as well as you can see. (61 usd/ 0.0007btc aint no ~70 usd) Either somebody had access to my account (but if he did, he would have emptied the whole account) or some other shady thing is happening which i haven’t figured out yet.



update: i cancelled the bonus myself, I can withdraw now but the problem with the exchange rate remains.

It is quite possible that they gave me hero member rates instead of legendary. That explains the mismatch. It probably happened last week as well.

Yes that would be nice, but I haven’t activated any bonuses myself. Also the exchange rate isn’t right as well as you can see. Ah, that makes everything clear then. I thought I made all 20 posts last week, didn't realize 2 of them weren't included in the count. (those posts belonged to the services section in my own topic probably which I thought would be included)

It seems your eligible posts supposed to be 20 instead of 18 (I just checked it myself). 2 * $3.50 were missing and mistake was from my side. With the rate we picked, I will need to add 0.00007821 BTC with your next week payment. I apologize for the mistake.
