A lot of us probably have found ourselves in tricky situations because we did not read the terms and conditions or we only read it after something has already happened and we just need to verify it. May this be a reminder to always read terms and conditions before agreeing to any of it.

It is very good to read the terms and conditions of a gambling sites especially if you are a newbie, but I do not read most of the terms and conditions anymore than to glance through it. If I register on a new gambling site, what I read now are the use of VPN and restricted locations. I do not have more than one accounts and I do not try to manipulate anything.

Mine was a trivial mistake. I used the money I wanted to use for something else to gamble. It was a very small amount though, an amount I can afford to lose. I felt I could double the money. So I looked for a match that had a 90% chance of winning. I placed a bet, thinking I would win, and I lost.

It is good that you can afford to lose the money. I know someone that used his school fees to bet and he lost the money. He has to go back home to tell his father when he had nowhere to get the money.

I can proudly say that I've gambled responsibly so far in this year because I've maintained my discipline of gambling with amount that I can afford to loose, this has made me to enjoy it more. I can't be talking about responsible gambling on this thread everyday since this year and do otherwise, that'll be cheating myself because it'll mean that I've learnt nothing personal from what I always say. I don't think that I can ever be addicted to gambling because I have mastered to be in control, I don't take gambling too seriously because I don't depend on wins to survive. If you are in charge of your bankroll and time that you spend gambling you will be entertained, you won't be addicted.

No matter that it was told million times already, no matter that I know well all those gambling rules, no matter if I am responsible or not person, or know how to manage finances, in 2025, previous years and in 2026 I will do one popular mistake - go all in I cant do anything with myself. All the time, when I have already played some time, I took decision to go all-in and continue betting all the money if I won, or lose in a second. The little amount of money I use on gambling makes gambling fun for me. I gain in some bets and casinos games but there are time that I lose also. I made my favorite mistake. I completely ignored the bankroll management rule. When I was playing slots just a couple of months ago, I started a gambling session unsuccessfully. After that, I gradually increased the bet per spin. And finally, when I saw that only a third of my bankroll remained, I got angry and increased the bet to $5 per spin.
This was unacceptable, but I acted out of emotion, and I experienced a losing streak, where nothing happened after the slots stopped spinning. Ultimately, I ended up with zero money and a bad mood.

I couldn't resist the temptation I constantly told myself about and tried to avoid. I went all-in in poker when I shouldn't have. In those moments, I felt like I was buying myself emotions, and that shouldn't be the case. It was a silly feeling when I knew my opponent had good cards, but somewhere in the back of my mind, I heard a little voice urging me to try my luck on a small percentage, which, in reality, was completely unjustified.
I advise all poker players on the forum to be balanced and try to avoid such mistakes, because it's not a financial victory, but a failure of self-control.

I have not ended my gambling activity for the year, since I still have some amount that will be used in some casino accounts. However, this year has been a good one. I was able to withdraw my wins to sort out a pressing need. Hoping the next year will be better.

It's not greed but high risk. Going all in has its disadvantages; however, it could also lead to a big win. It's not wrong to take such steps if you can still control your gambling budget. I also place such bets and have been able to make some good gains.

It's not hard to make mistake in gambling, I'm not sure what's my 2025 gambling mistake but I think my overall mistake was thinking that I could earn from gambling. I've read in some article that there are people who earn for a living and I actually tried that but not for a living but for another source of income but instead of earning, turns out I am losing more than winning and I spend some of my extra money in gambling instead of adding it in my investment.

A lot of gamblers have made a lot of mistakes because they believe in sure games, trying to stake huge and picking big odds.
But this is one mistake a friend made, he staked a game and couldn't be patient, so he cashed out 2%, and the game later played perfectly. I was so pissed, he was impatient. And I advise him to double his stake and cash out when he feels he can't wait; this helped me not to lose out in most games.

Hmm… I think I made a lot of mistakes in 2025. One mistake I keep repeating from time to time is losing control. I usually set a limit in my mind, but when I’m in a bad spot, like during a losing streak, it feels like something pushes me to chase my losses. And most of the time, probably 90%, it just ends with me losing even more.

That’s the mistake I’m still trying to figure out how to fix permanently.

I've tried to make few mistakes this year, but they still happen sometimes because I'm not a robot. I've been focusing on things like limiting my time in the game, and I've done a better job of it this year than ever before. But I realize I still have work to do, because I don't feel like I'm winning over players, even though I understand how difficult that is. For the gamblers made the mistakes while gamble is common that because sometimes we forgot our discipline and follow our emotion but the most important is never regretting any decisions which we made while gamble because that is only a part of the game and for me during gamble in this year i did plenty of mistakes but one think i just remember is when playing slot game few months ago i have the opportunities to quit from the game after gets huge payout but unfortunately i had missed those opportunities and continue to gamble which eventually i was lost all of my money

There's no mistake on my side at all because ever since I started playing gambling this year has been very good to me. In fact, I almost had winning every week and I'm still looking forward for more winnings because I can see that luck is on my side, but even as that I always try as much as possible to gamble with what I can afford to lose because gambling is not something you can not do without losing. Looking at my gambling journey this year I don't think I have made any serious mistakes but maybe I have a lot regret for not putting more money on a particular game because I was afraid of taking the big risk and at the end of the day I won the game but with little amount of money in return, next year I wanted to go fully in on taking the risk but reading this thread and the comments I think I will just stick to taking little risks as I usually do because I don't want to end up in debts and my advice to every gambler is to always stick with what works for them and never do too much because you want more money and always remember that what worked for the other person may not work for you.

I have made lots of mistake in my gambling this year but I just see them as part of learning. I have lost more money this year than I have lost in any other year, some from over gambling and some from taking risk where I shouldn't have. I have also lost money trying different games which I have not played before just for the experience. They are just part of growth in the business, so we go again next year, better and stronger.

Okay, mine goes like this, I miscalculated my gambling budget few times this year and I only get to discover when making necessary expenses and maybe the funds were not enough, that is when it dawns on me that I have used more funds than supposed for gambling, upon recalculation, I see the error and I always overcalculate it, not for once have I undercalculated it and had excesses. This is because my monthly income is variable.

Mine did not put me in financial problem, but surely it caused some mini discomfort for me and a feeling of failing myself.

I think I made no bad mistake on 2025 related to gambling because I have reduced my gambling habit a lot this year.
I might do small mistake like depositing back while I was in the plan of reducing my gambling activity this year or it can be said that I lose my control a bit.
By we are stil human, make mistake is not bad as long as we know how to deal with mistake(s) so we will not repeat it again later.

No one this year who does not lose any bets, everyone loses many. I myself lost a lot, but that loss lasted just until the next day because the next day I recovered the lost amount and made some more profits. Overall, I stayed in profit. While I lost many, I won many bets too, which allowed me to recover and make profits. The mistakes were clear to me, and I decided not to repeat them in the coming years to stay safe and profitable.

I don't think I have done any sort of mistakes while gambling I have always been careful with the way I play. I bet on football games on Saturday and Sunday, so before I decide to bet, I would have chose the amount of games I want to place on my ticket and total  money I am going to use. I don't play more than one ticket every Saturday and Sunday. So if my games cut I close the betting app till the next weekends. With that I know my limits and am disciplined about it, I don't like to play every game I see because that could results to something else.

i was started this year with 100$ lose, and i won gradually, my target was just to recover my loss, because i didn’t gamble for big win, and i am dreaming to earn huge money from gambling, so i never made big bet, because i gamble for fun,
