First of all, i know this has been discussed in past (although i can't find such thread from quick search). There are few account i reported in past, but none of them receive permanent ban even after majority of their spam post deleted by moderator. Here are few example, SilentEcho - 70/74 (94.6%) post deleted by moderator. BestSocks5Proxy - 171/207 (82.6%) post deleted by moderator. Roberto888 - 20/42 (47.6%) post deleted by moderator. About half of hist post created within last 30 days. Taurox - 54/137 (39.4%) post deleted by moderator. This account created last week. So what is total, percentage or frequency of deleted spam post by moderator before someone receive permanent ban?

I think the global mods issue the bans. If not, at least the permanent ban issued by the global mods. However, when we report the posts, most of them are handled by moderators assigned to the specific board. Even though they handle the report, they do not issue a ban. If a global moderator notices such a high percentage, I think they would agree to ban a user who has had more than 50% of their posts deleted. Seeing your question, that is what my general mind can think of. I might be wrong about how the reports are handled and who has the ability to issue a ban.

Also made a little search yet couldn’t find a thread that has a certain percentage or number of post deleted before the account gets banned but however the first account you listed is obviously a good example of someone who should be nuked but since some things happen as a coincidence mods will probably be deleting users post without looking at the whole users account, like two different mods deleting the users thread they will probably never notice because they do that a lot yet, with your notice on here the first account with absolutely no post useful enough then getting nuked will probably be the end result after this report.

Things like plagiarism and posting malware/phishing links will result to an immediate ban, even if the number of deleted posts was less than 1%.
Banning for spam takes longer, but since AI spam is becoming more common, 10 posts should be enough to get banned.

BPIP has a list: there are many accounts with hundreds or even thousands of posts deleted by Mods, without getting banned. If I have to guess, I think there's no easy system in place for Mods to keep track of earlier bans on a profile, but I can't be sure as I don't know what interface Mods have.

Zero. I don't think anyone should be banned even if they deleted 100% of their post. There is no way to completely delete accounts in bitcointalk forum, unless personally contacting theymos to approve this for some good reason. And we already have multiple archives for everything publicly written in bitcointalk, so there is no real way to delete anything here.

Zero. I don't think anyone should be banned even if they deleted 100% of their post. I think that you misunderstood OP. He is not talking about situation when someone decides to delete his own posts, but instead when mods delete someone's majority of posts. Is there a rule for this ? If not, it needs to be formulated now at least.
Nah, there is no rule, its decided case by case. Few days ago I reported ~10 posts written by a newbie account, and it got nuked. From what I noticed, newbie accounts regularly get nuked if many of their posts got deleted.

Is there a rule for this ? If not, it needs to be formulated now at least. Not yet, just a suggestion but as for the 10 posts mentioned i guess its for spam and at least 10 consecutive posts considered as spam should be banned either temporary or permanent.

10. Post enough to tell the moderators that the users know what they are doing right? But since there are no clear rules about the use of AI in the forum, how will the moderators will decide to ban the user, a temp ban of at least 7 days and above sending a warning should be okay, and if the user still continues, then a pam ban can follow.

Op was asking about permanent ban and I don't think that spamming attracts direct permanent ban. They will first issue 14 days or so. Later it could lead to permban if the spamer persists. It could also be that the global moderators no longer see permban as the solution to spamming as the victims could easily make new accounts and continue their spamming. Maybe they are expecting change or repentance from the side of the victims which accounts why they aren't easily banned these days.

I hope that's not the case, especially for non-newbie account who perform massive spam.

So what is total, percentage or frequency of deleted spam post by moderator before someone receive permanent ban?
In short, I once researched one of the answers, but I searched and couldn't find it again, luckily I saved it, I think the quote below is right for the question asked by the OP. as explained: On the Bitcointalk forum, there is No exact or official number of deleted spam posts which automatically results in a permanent ban. Decisions are made by moderators on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity and frequency of rule violations.
Important points regarding the policy:
• The severity of the violation matters: Certain actions, such as plagiarism, spreading malware, or phishing links, may result in an immediate, permanent ban, regardless of the number of uploads. • The act of spamming usually involves a process: Blocking for general spam (e.g., low-quality posts, off-topic comments, excessive self-promotion) usually takes longer and often involves a temporary block or warning first. Moderators usually warn users, and if the behavior continues, further action will be taken. • Repeat violations will result in a permanent ban: The general guideline for most violations is that users who need to be banned a fourth time will receive a permanent ban. • Moderator policy: Moderators have the authority to judge users' intent and the impact of their posts. They may impose a temporary ban (for example, for seven days) for a first offense, but repeat offenses will increase the penalties. • Some users have had many posts removed without being blocked: Discussions in forums show that some accounts have had hundreds or even thousands of posts removed by moderators without being immediately permanently blocked, indicating that context and type of spam are factorsimportant.
In short, users risk being permanently banned if they consistently ignore warnings and continue to post spam or engage in other illicit activities, but there is no specific "magic number" of deleted posts that automatically triggers such a ban.
That's the answer I got.
