Been doing some app development lately and have been using my mac laptop to do everything, but my friend wants to start working alongside and learning.
We only have an extra windows pc, and cannot find a tutorial yet that works with downloading xcode5 supported version of os x

Some Guidance Please!

I dont know what mverics is so i cant tell you.
Mavericks is the apple OS. I tried installing it on my PC (with an r9 290X graphics card) but it didn't work.
I believe the os isn't compatible with my graphics card. (I got the "colorful snow" error where the screen goes white with specks of color everywhere)

I managed to "burn" the iso file with win32 disk imager, rufus refused to make it. I'm facing now a other issue I'm not able to format my new SSD but that's a other story
