Nitro Betting Withdrawal Nightmare

Good morning everybody

Earlier this year, I made an account at NitroBetting.eu. I deposited 25 mBTC which came with a 700 mBTC rollover. After months and months, I got through the rollover. In November, I decided to make my first withdrawal. After a week or two, I received an email stating the cancellation was due to a domain change to NitroBetting.io. On December 4th, I made another withdrawal request. After 18 days, I was finally told to add Russell's name in the subject to nitro@helpzone.com and that I would get assistance. To my surprise, the 50 mBTC withdrawal was processed hours after this email. After checking my account, 92.9 mBTC remained as my available balance in addition to 22.78 mBTC in pending wagers.

This morning, I received the following email,

"According to our bonus T&C:

Unless otherwise stated, any Bonuses granted have a 3x Rollover requirement associated to any winnings obtained from it and the first withdrawal after claiming a Bonus will be limited to a maximum of 40 mBTC. If your resulting balance exceeds this maximum withdrawal amount, any excess funds, except for your previous deposit’s amount, will be removed from your balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

Considering your deposit's amount was 24.5657 mBTC, and you receive a withdrawal for 50 mBTC, 10 mBTC more than the maximum amount you can receive from a bonus; we adjusted your available balance and left your pending bets active, they will run it's regular course and be graded when the regular season ends."

When asking support what the resolution is, I am told "Nothing, at this point you took advantage of the bonus, completed the rollover and withdrew your winnings."

Is there any way for me to see that 93 mBTC or is it as good as gone?

I would really appreciate any insight or advice.

man that is a brutal way to find out about a withdrawal limit after grinding for months, if they already processed the 50 mbtc and adjusted your balance then they have basically closed the case on their end, i would still try to push support and ask where exactly it says they can just delete the excess funds instead of letting you withdraw it in installments, usually a legit site would just cap the withdrawal but let you keep the balance for future play or separate it from the bonus funds

OP, I suggest you to move this to 'Scam accusation' section. After that you have to provide screenshots of all of the conversations between you and the casino (try to maintain a chronology).
Now, I must say that the casino in question is not having the best of the reputation here in this forum and beyond. It is also good that you have not lost anything in terms of your own money which is quite a high possibility when playing at such casinos. I am guessing you chose to deposit because of this lucrative deposit bonus (30x wagering requirement) but please next time do not fall into such traps often employed by casinos with no reputation what so ever.

Support will not help at all. Sent an email to the support manager but really have zero hope. Really sucks

Nitro was a great site when they launched and for a few years after, but once they switched over to the new name they have been pure trash. I wonder if the terms they sent you were there when you deposited and you just didn't read them? If they were there, they didn't scam you. If they weren't they are scamming you IMO.

Here's what it said when I signed up

"In the case of winning from bonus funds (non-deposit bonuses), a maximum withdrawal amount will apply. If you request a cash-out from bonus winnings, you may only withdraw the maximum allowed and the remaining amount from your winnings relating to the bonus in question will be voided"

My bonus was directly related to a deposit.

Russell, the support manager, says decision will stand.

Offered to return the bonus in question but denied.

$8,000+ down the drain...

I think you're confused. You made a deposit, but if a rollover was applied you accepted a bonus, otherwise there would have been no rollover.

You are subject to their terms IMO and you jave no quarrel here.

Yes, I accepted a bonus. The terms I shared is regarding non-deposit bonuses. I made the deposit in January, completed the rollover, and made my first withdrawal this month. What am I missing?

Do you still have access to your account and can you attempt to make another withdrawal from your account? If you can you should try doing that and see if it gets accepted.

You should also have an archived version of the bonus terms if you are going to deposit 25 mBTC to use it. It could help protect you in a situation that changes are made.

I have the terms when I signed up. They made blatant changes to avoid paying. Here's the original:

My bonus is directly tied to a deposit. I presented this information to Russell, the support manager, and he stated the decision will stand. Offered to return the bonus ($2,000) and that was rejected as well.

Damn! Nitro betting has always been shady even before their whole rebrand drama if you ask me which is why I never played there and advised others to steer clear of it. Their bonuses were never crazy attractive in the first place to someone like me.

I advise reporting this case to sites like Casino Guru and AskGamblers who could possibly assist you to a certain extent.

Make a proper scam accusation here and also on any review sites that they have an active rep on. That could help force the casino to reconsider and give your case a bit more attention. Shady casinos do not always care, but we can hope that they would.

Damn! Nitro betting has always been shady even before their whole rebrand drama if you ask me which is why I never played there and advised others to steer clear of it. Their bonuses were never crazy attractive in the first place to someone like me.

I've seen that Nitro betting few times but I never joined that site, and after seeing this post I'm happy to not join such a site. You're also lucky that you've not played on their site and I believe after reading this post everyone should try to avoid that casino for good. They've used various type of marketing to get players but now they're showing that how shady they're as a casino.

If the terms were publicly available and unchanged, then the balance is probably gone Nitro has a history of enforcing fine print even if it feels unfair, best move now is to withdraw what you still can and stop playing there.

I’d suggest not limiting this to forum posts only. It’s better to also leave reports on other platforms like Trustpilot or AskGamblers, so there’s at least a chance those sites can take action or flag them properly.

I guess that you should consider that good as gone so that you won't be stressing yourself out.

A once reputable casino that turned dark is the header of the story here. The support has already told you that there's nothing to expect anymore.

And if another support comes by to answer you if you have follow that up, they've got logs that will make them say the same thing.

Looks like you edited this later on. I could not find where you were referring to earlier.

It is as all round shitshow from Nitrobet. You cannot say a maximum withdrawal amount will be applied and not give what that maximum is. This just allows you to set whatever amount you want based on how much you want to rip off at that time. And if that can even apply that wrongly, they do not need their terms to steal winnings.

I wonder if the site is fully licensed and regulated because for a casino with license and regulations on board, with it's terms and agreement clearly spelt out, such an incident shouldn't happen and am surprised people still have the courage to make Argentina deposits to their casino accounts because they are ignorant of complications that could arise or they are after bonus rewards offered for a certain deposit limit.

As long as such a site is still operating, and this issue has been tabled on this forum, answers will follow suit and you would recover your funds.
Others should take note and always apply caution in these newly launched gambling platforms that have not proven their credibility and integrity and ultimately, do personal research as a gambler to know the best of the best and the best way to counter such issues Incase it brews, waiting to happen.
