Unfortunately, they’re no longer active on the forum. At this point, all the community can really do is warn people and make them aware that NitroBetting is a scam. Expecting to get your money withdrawn from them is honestly a long shot.

I’d suggest not limiting this to forum posts only. It’s better to also leave reports on other platforms like Trustpilot or AskGamblers, so there’s at least a chance those sites can take action or flag them properly.

I wonder if the site is fully licensed and regulated because for a casino with license and regulations on board, with it's terms and agreement clearly spelt out, such an incident shouldn't happen and am surprised people still have the courage to make Argentina deposits to their casino accounts because they are ignorant of complications that could arise or they are after bonus rewards offered for a certain deposit limit.

As long as such a site is still operating, and this issue has been tabled on this forum, answers will follow suit and you would recover your funds.
Others should take note and always apply caution in these newly launched gambling platforms that have not proven their credibility and integrity and ultimately, do personal research as a gambler to know the best of the best and the best way to counter such issues Incase it brews, waiting to happen.

It's sad to see what happened to them. Years ago they were the top book because of their lines, no KYC, allowing multiple withdrawals per day. Some withdrew 6 figures without a problem. They had squares and survivor pools. The top pool had a $10,000 entry fee. The Survivor Pools were huge and they had 9 pools with different entry fees so that all could get in.

About two years ago they changed to a scam book. They took away some contests and went to bonuses with high rollovers. The people that have been getting paid have to wait months and it's in installments. Many haven't been paid at all.

But honestly, having a license doesn’t always matter that much. There are casinos with licenses that still end up scamming gamblers. Most likely, those licenses come from countries where regulations aren’t that strict. In those places, protecting gamblers isn’t really the priority, and regulators often side more with the casinos than with the players.

If they don't have a license, they have no right to issue Terms & Conditions that pretend to be regulated and then selectively apply them to some users. This situation leaves no clear legal protection or recourse for customers in the event of a dispute between the casino and the customer.

In the case of Nitro Betting (according to the T&C archive), they claim to be regulated by Costa Rican law and implement KYC. Either they haven't updated their license status or their unlicensed status is true.

You know why support is not helping? Because they are aware of all you are encountering and which can be their own handiwork at the backend. Is another form of scam devices in a cunning manner to deny players what is dew them.

When a casino is a scam, everything about it becomes a scam, including the support. If they were serious about building or protecting their reputation, they wouldn’t leave complaints unanswered because that directly damages their image. But what do they do? They ignore it.

That alone already tells us what kind of casino they are.

The support answer doesn't align with their purpose. What they did is full of excuses, as they don't have the commitment to pay winners and give them the service they deserve. So I say that "it is hopeless to get that money." Even if you keep contacting them for their support, you will still be disappointed by their responses. It is more when they are operating without a license, as they don't worry about their reputation.

I believe there are a lot of gamblers having the same issue, and they just forget it because of the hopeless response from them.

Exactly this. I don't get why so many people still think that possessing some random license from a random country is enough to ensure that the sites won't be able to screw them which is naive thinking. Licenses from such places do help, but they don't guarantee anything.

Only sites that have licenses in top countries like the US, UK etc won't be able to screw you over easily due to strict customer protection laws over there.

I definitely agree. While waiting for my 50 mBTC withdrawal, I expressed to support how little confidence I had in retrieving just the 50. They were adamant that my balance would be paid in full. With the 18 day delay in my payment, I think they were just finding any excuse in the book to not fully pay.

The "bonus" makes no damn sense. If those were the actual T&C when I signed up, fine, but it is clear what was done.

I am going to post on a few other sites but like other have said, really no hope in getting those funds.

If you pay attention, you'll see that they don't resolve any complaints, so don't expect this betting site to solve your problem. The best option is to move on and start using more reliable casinos instead of using scam casinos like this betting site. Unfortunately, there are betting sites that think it's normal to steal or withhold customer funds, cheating so that customers don't win anything, especially when it comes to bonuses. They use bonuses as bait to keep customers' money.
