I didn't see you mentioning anything about fees for this cards, and there is no word about that on your website.
You also don't have clear rules about services that are not working with beexpay cards or what is not allowed.
Some information can be found on TCS page, but that is not clear enough.

Fees

Fees are clearly specified in the TCS, notably in:
• Section 4 (Products and Services)
• Section 18 (Fees, Limits and No-Refund Policy)

They include:
• Card issuance fees (virtual and physical)
• Reload fees, which differ with KYC and without KYC
• Transaction fees depending on currency and usage

In addition, all applicable fees are displayed directly in the application before the card is used, so the client can review them prior to any operation.

Merchant restrictions and allowed usage

Merchant restrictions and usage rules are defined in the TCS, in particular:
• Section 9 (Security and Account Suspension)

I don't know if BeeXpay still needs any reviews/opinions, but I would love to comment about the fees. To be honest, they are a bit high compared to other no-KYC or KYC virtual cards I used in the past

One can not bear the cost of issuance (ok, this would be acceptable) but then go on to pay another 4% to reload before parting away with some more in transaction fees. Maybe these fees need to be revised to attract more interest

Full KYC cards are usually cheaper. That’s normal.
The issuer has lower risk exposure, simpler compliance, and reduced regulatory pressure.

No-KYC or light-KYC cards are a different structure:
• Higher risk exposure
• Stricter internal monitoring
• Stronger upstream partner constraints
• Larger operational buffers

That naturally reflects in pricing.

Some platforms advertise lower reload fees but compensate elsewhere: hidden spreads, higher FX margins, unstable programs, sudden shutdowns, or tighter limits.

At the moment, we offer KYC-free cards. When you compare strictly within the KYC-free segment, the reality is that many programs charge between 4.5% up to even 10% on top-ups, depending on structure and region.

Sub-2% models are often tied to:
• Full KYC
• Limited jurisdictions
• Lower limits
• Embedded FX spreads
• Or different compliance tiers

Regarding the $10 issuance fee, the card validity is 2 years, so when spread over that period, the cost becomes relatively marginal.

ATM NFC withdrawals usually require a different compliance and BIN structure, which significantly changes the operational model.

Different products serve different priorities.
Some users optimize purely for the lowest visible percentage.
Others prioritize accessibility, speed, and program stability.

You obviously haven't researched well what is available on the market - I won't make comparisons with other similar services in your topic by mentioning specific names, but I can say once again that there are virtual NO-KYC cards that have a top-up fee of less than 2%, work all over the world (except countries under sanctions) and have quite good monthly limits (about $5k).

You have an average product and you will probably have clients who will use it - let's not be fooled, there are dozens of similar services, and there are even topics on this forum with detailed comparisons.
