Allowing member rank for this kind of raffle will have been more fun and competitive. Well, you may have your reason for not allowing member to partake in the raffle but it will have been filled up more than this if members are allowed. Checking out on the numbers for the raffle, it's so surprise that even one-quarter of the numbers is yet to be filled and we have just two days left. Most high rank member may not bother themselves about something like this but members will see it as a way to make additional money if won as most campaigns that paid here hardly accept them.
