How do you classify reckless gambling as?

You're right. Many people have negative opinions when discussing gambling, so it's not surprising that some people use unpleasant terms or opinions. I believe it's best not to be influenced by other people's opinions. As long as we do it wisely, we shouldn't dwell on it too much.

However, I initially set my gambling bankroll to a specific budget to maintain my emotional control and when that market ends, I don't have the option to make any more deposits for that day, and this helps me a lot to avoid gambling for that period.

Yeah, I have been called reckless gambling by a friend as I do gamble frequently but I often maintain responsible gambling, but this friend of mine keeps calling me a reckless gambler. At first when gambling, I make sure my money used to gamble doesn't exceed my budget and I do allocate 15 percent of weekly/monthly income to gamble and whenever this allocation is exhausted I do not care to gamble anymore and I am also stick to my rules and regulation whereby even though I am gambling and I ran into lose and exhausted my initial deposit you wouldn't see going further to make additional deposit just to satisfy the urge at that moment.

Please I would like to know if any body who is actually keeping to his rules and regulation without aggressively keep gambling can be called a reckless gambler? I do not actually like such words, though I wanted to start reacting to him based how he do sees me gambling and before that I just want to know what you think about his consistent action towards me. 

Gambling wisely and responsibly does not make you a reckless gambler, it's obvious that the person does not know what he is saying, a reckless gambler does not have a budget or stick to his limit instead spend uncontrollably and lacks cautioning in the relation to the risk involved in betting,I think he should be the reckless one here .

If you are the type of person that doesn’t care about how good you go in your gambling even if you are sticking to your rules, you can be called a reckless gambler because you don’t have plan and made gambling your hubby and you are addicted because even if you abiding by your rules and you are always losing, then you should stop for a while and study yourself before you continue, but if you continue playing weekly as planned even without profit, then You are a reckless gambler.

As a gambler, if you want to be a regular gambler, then you should have plan on how much to be use in betting, your percentage profit, and how to manage your risks, if none of these is considered by you, then you can be gambling under loss and you will not feel it because you have another source of income which is very wrong because any amount and any attempt should count.

15% is fine and I think you're right that his friends or even our friends could be gambling lower than us if we tell them how much we're spending when we gamble.

Don't be so assured with your stories to your friends because not all of them wants the best thing for you.

If they have heard you gamble that much and more than theirs, you're probably revealing a secret to them that they'd tell the others on how reckless you are. At least, if that's a reckless percentage for them.
