Who will save Nigeria if not me and you?
Only one tree cannot make a forest and na cooperation dey make rice full pot. All the youth must join forces together to change the bad government wey get. If not the country go worst pass as e be.

Who will save Nigeria? Election day go come some youths go Sidon for house , the ones wey dey collect bribe to vote for candidate wey dey demself know krokro say e nor fit lead dey collect , the ones wey dey snatch ballot box dey snatch just to get once view OBLEE. Abi who aspiritants dey use do election intimidation or forceful or cohesive vote buying? Nor be youths?
How Nigeria go take save if our youths continue with  this kind behaviour?
Despite the hardship so wey dis present government bring so , you go see am say 2027 you go still see some kind youth wey go put body down as loyal election thug boys for sake of very little chicken change.
If there's any body to save this Naija wey we dey so na the youths wey we get oh.
2027 anoda election don dey come. There will be no better time than to save the country from bad leaders.
All youths suppose don get their PVC handy and ready to come out in full force to vote for a better candidate, not necessarily by regional sentiment or tribalism. A well read candidate!!

If nor be pure wickedness i nor really see any reason why Somebody wey rule well during e first tenure go dey seek for re-election so that the hardship go continue for anoda four Years. All becos say you wan must complete 8 years. Haba now!! E nor fit dey possible!!( Na where the youth go fit take come in be this) the change starts from our youth.

One of the serious issue we have in this country is the rotation rotation policy.  People now vote candidates because of tribalism.

No re-election for any leader who could not bring a good percentage of improvement to the country for four Years. Such a leader is just incapable or incompetent of moving the country forward.

Nobody is going to save Nigeria, you can only save yourself, well maybe Donald Trump can save Nigeria if he wants to save the country, but from the look of things right now, Nigeria can’t be saved, Unless the international community will come to the Countries rescue, because from what I have seen now, The politicians in Nigeria can’t help themselves they’re only interested in making away with the countries Treasuries.

Which is why I will only advice for us to help ourselves because nothing is going to change in Nigeria, Nigeria is never going to be good, maybe in the next 200 years to come that Nigeria would ever me good, but as for now Nigeria can’t be saved.

Nigerian  government is getting worst by the day, until we get one who is ready and determined to curb corruption honestly and distribute the resources of the nation equally. There are good people in Nigeria who can safe us, but they are few, difficult to find and may not be considered to lead. Nigerians should have a rethink of their choice of leaders and the process of election in order to make Nigeria work.
This issues of waiting for a miraculous leader that Will come and change the Nigerian fortune will never work, it's better we all stand up and ask for what is right from this one's we have or lose it forever. This set of guys we have as leaders are no relinquishing powers to anyone, so we too have to collectively speak in one voice, for them to change their attitude on governance, which if we do, trust me it will come out positively, but let kill the idea of anybody coming to save us, we all need to come together and save ourselves.

Yes, the political parties are playing the biggest role in the bad situation in Nigeria, bad politics is responsible for it. The government can bring a lot of changes to a country if it wants to, but they do not want the country to move forward and the people of the country to lead a healthy and normal life. The time has come to turn around, we all have to work together to stand against injustice. If we start protesting against injustice from wherever we are, as a result, the common people will be more aware and will stand by us. Gradually, there will be a group of people standing against injustice. Real change cannot be brought about in a day, it has to be brought about gradually, first we have to change ourselves and then the country.

Corruption that is what is killing us in Nigeria, I don’t think Nigeria will better anymore our politicians today only face there family look at the level of kidnappers we are not living peace in Nigeria again and our politicians open there eyes looking as nothing happened, Nigeria should have rethink of there choice of leaders some one that has sympathy on the masses not some one that only seeks power.

Every election year always have a better candidate of your choice don’t let anything should distract you people are really hungry in this county our politicians today they only help people when they were contesting after then they run away. They will not listen to us any more they are good people in Nigeria who can helps us and listen to our cry may we meet the right person of our choice I pray .

At this point i am fed up, i just think that all our political leaders are same, most of them come up with fake promises during campaign but once they assume office they turn over night, take for example Adams Oshomole during his regime as NLC chairman he was outspoken and faulted every form of corrupt practices, however immediately they made him governor of Edo state he changed overnight, today we can’t point to him as a leading light in our democracy.

Same thing applies to other politicians, even our remarkable Peter Obi can still change overnight you never can trust this politicians completely, after all even the governor that took over from Obi in Anambra state didn’t say so well about him, if you check the trajectory of our past president you will observe a fall in performance from each government and the next, Buhari regime was bad but Tinubu own regime became worse, who knows if who will take over from Tinubu will completely collapse the country.

Nigerians are just deceptive, no one knows who is genuine or who one can trust with responsibility, i have done my statistics and found out that it will be difficult for us to get a leader that can change the narrative of this nation easily, I fear it won’t be possible due to our corrupt electoral process, however let’s stay positive because as long as there is life there is always a beacon of hope, anything can happen within a split second.

Nigerians should have a rethink of their choice of leaders and the process of election in order to make Nigeria work.

This same question has been on and on for years now.Every year, the question resurfaces, usually louder during elections, fuel crises, currency crashes. We ask it with hope, with anger, sometimes, we ask it out of exhaustion. Many expect a saviour,a president, a party, a messiah with the right speeches and strong promises. But history has been unkind to that vision /expectation.
Nigeria has changed leaders many times, miilitary, civilian, young, old, loud and quiet.Yet the core problems remain stubbornly persistent corruption, weak institutions, poor accountability, and a widening gap between the government and the governed.

Nigeria doesn’t suffer from a lack of leaders,It suffers from a system that rewards the wrong behaviors and citizens who are often reluctant, apathetic, discouraged,or disengaged.Think of it this way, waiting for one person to fix Nigeria has become a convenient escape route from collective responsibility which we all know.Government alone is not the cause too,we all have our roles to play too as citizens of Nigeria, but it's not coming forth.

Nigeria will be saved when citizens decide they are stakeholders, not spectators. When values change before power does. When accountability becomes cultural, not optional. When people stop asking “Who will save Nigeria?” and start asking what change or impact am I contributing to the Nigeria I complain about?

Nigerians should have a rethink of their choice of leaders and the process of election in order to make Nigeria work.
People like money, the politicians will bribe people to vote for them. They will collect the money and enjoy it in short period of time like a week but suffer it for the next 4 to 8 years as usual.

Do you know that people will never change but prefer to collect the money.

Who is the right person to vote for? Are they all qualified to be there to make Nigeria great? You can not know a good leader until the leader's work is shown to be good.

The major setbacks and challenges we have as Nigerians is collecting peanuts from politicians when elections comes, and due to the hard economy the poor masses are left with no choice than to collect urgent 2,000 or 5,000 and vote just because they are looking for money to feed for that moment and that what has made us be where we are today having bad leaders here and there, I agree with you that before we can know a good leader it must reflect in his administration before he is elected but how do we know he will be good if not given a chance to rule?.

I could remember vividly when Tinubu was contesting to become the president and people praised him saying he lifted the economy of Lagos State when he was the Governor and made Lagos State great but now that he has became Nigeria's President we now suffer under his watch, no empowerment schemes nor employment from him, the price of food has skyrocketed and an average Nigerian barely survives the hardship in our dear Country. Anyday we desist from collecting peanuts from politicians and voting our conscience Nigeria will be better.

That's the problem, the people that trade their votes for peanut during election cry more after the election. And they keep doing same thing and expect different results, after four years they politicians with come telling them to vote again and share rice and peanut for them, they will still collect and vote. Untill Nigerians defeat hunger they will keep voting the wrong leaders into power and the leaders understand this method that's why they keep impoverish the citizens to take advantage on us during election.

We must reject their offer this period and vote for our conscience if we want to get this country working again, we have to keep sanitize the citizens to think about their future then the peanut they  from these men. Because at the end they are the victim of everything this bad leaders will bring.

The aspect at Which corruption has taking over leadership in this country is surprising and at the same time annoying. Just take a look at a country we’re their is law but it allow to affect those that don’t have anything to offer, tell me how can all this comes to an end.

Let talk about the vote that being sold out already even before the election is being done. I personally don’t see individual votes really count because at the end of the day, they already know who will be on it chair so everything is just so annoying. But we all pray for a better Nigerian 🙏.

Before August this year you will start seeing them sharing money and bags of rice to the communities and holding meetings every week because they have suddenly remember the people they need to get into power, if people cannot learn from this regime that means no matter how it is they can never learn, everybody has the right to vote anybody but we only wish that anybody should be person who should be there and no the reason why he was elected and not someone who's aim is to become the richest and the most powerful politician in the country, our leaders are slowly bringing there children into power so that power will be under there control.

OP, when you discuss these issues, there is nothing to do but despair. Still, there should be a discussion, through which the protesting conscience is awakened. Poverty makes people afraid to take any path to survive. Where people are hungry, decency, discipline are irrelevant to people. Therefore, people consider the short-term survival of Nigeria in an uncertain life of unemployment to be more realistic than the long-term future of Nigeria.

The economic activities of a country depend on the political situation of that country. Politicians know that if everyone gets a job and if everyone in the society has a stable source of income, then people will not sell votes but will try to hold the government accountable. Therefore, the government creates a system so that people cannot speak out against the corruption of the leader. In my opinion, the main problem of Nigeria is not “bad leaders”. The main problem of Nigeria is a bad system. Therefore, no matter which leader comes or how many honest leaders come, because of the system or the weakness of the system, everyone becomes the same, and blames the people.

Therefore, to avoid all these things, the first thing we need is employment for the youth and a corruption-free government system where everyone will be 100% accountable.

We are 100% far from getting better as a country. It is not there are not good people to correct the errors in the country. But the bad leaders will not allow the good one to come to power. Look at what is happening in Rivers State. That is just bullshit. Ex governor dey fight with current governor because power structure. The only thing can save Nigeria na to divide the country make we go our own first. The crude oil na for everyone but the gold found in Zamfara na for the state politicians. For now I don't know who go fit save Nigeria, Atiku go worst pass Tinubu, but Peter Obi fit good pass all of them. Cameroon dey boiled divide too.

Nigerians should have a rethink of their choice of leaders and the process of election in order to make Nigeria work.

Nigeria is in a very critical era and we need a redeemer to come and rescue us like in the days of David rescuing the philistines from Goliath, I believe if Peter Obi was given the opportunity to rule Nigeria, he will turn things around and Nigeria will work again under his administration, that Man is so humble and down to earth,. Those are the kind of leaders that will rescue and save Nigeria,  president Tinubu is just fighting after re-election and wether theere is insecurity in the country he doesn't care.

Look at the level of kidnapping and terrorism that is rocking the northern parts of Nigeria yet the president is mute, all he does is to negotiate with bandits instead of descending mightily on them through the armed forces, Nigeria needs a visionary leader, someone that has sympathy on the Masses not someone that only seeks power and wants to be re-elected for the second time and yet we wallow in insecurity and hunger.

Today we ask ourselves, Nigeria is our home identity bur yet we keep fooling ourselves which is affecting us so much in time of voting we the poor people are bribe with some little change of naira and that has land us to where we are right now. We have so many people who are fully ready to work but when they get there isn’t the same mindset they took from home they followed anymore what I mean is that they won’t allow the good people to do the needful work either they will be spoiling there mind that even if you try so hard for them nobody knows

And then from there, there mindset to do good will now turn into bad way that’s why we are not moving up always getting down the people who are expected with good remark will now also turn bad people forget about the promises they make while on campaign

In the current world order it is not easy to find a patriotic leader. The government that comes to power in Nigeria will be determined by powerful countries like America. Those powerful countries determine and control the governments of most of the weak countries in the world. They indirectly manage the weak countries through diplomatic strategies. Countries in the world where patriotic leaders have been born have suffered terrible consequences. In the context of current world politics and economic interdependence, a good and competent leader probably will not come to power in Nigeria.

For now no one can save Nigeria from the hands of our wicked leaders, the only saviour we had was nnamdi kanu the same one we unanimously contributed to his imprisonment, i know people may begin to ask how we did it but the answer is the voice of all could have saved him. Although most may say he never came for redemption but for separation, but we should know that the corruption level in Nigeria have gotten to its peak that the only remedy is separation so all will work towards proving him wrong by eliminating greed from there mindset and work on there states to be good.
Its true other countries like Burkina Faso never separated before getting solution but the question now is who is that person lets say from the military that can save us when they don't give power to anyone that is not  loyal to them and all military personnel are as corrupt as the leaders.

All we need do now is pray till god send a helper to come and save us if not what happened in Venezuela will happen in Nigeria very soon.
