Do you know that the use of VPN is not allowed in the casino ? rollbit terms and conditions if you have used VPN to access the casino and you are from a restricted country then they have the right to disqualify you that’s if you don’t have multiple account with the casino which is another offense. And what country are you from? Have you checked if it's not part of the restricted countries? As long as you check on any casino policy and they say it's not allowed for a VPN to be used or any other policy, it's either I abide by it or I completely ignore the casino irrespective of whatever the customer support person tells me because in terms of a case like this, they will always refer you to their policy.

I don't know, all I know is that I've seen casinos allow the use of VPN as long as the gamblers do not circumvent any restrictions, and I've also seen gamblers complain about being allowed to use a VPN, but then getting their account blocked by the casino because of using a VPN.

To clear this entire thread up, this user was caught alting in a check after he won, this site has a really extensive check to see if you're alting anything and I'm pretty sure they log everything, so 1 mistake will ruin you.

Just to be clear, are you part of Rollbit's team? Anyway, I feel like this issue will just go in circles where you will say the OP is using multiple accounts and the OP will deny that he is using multiple accounts. I feel like a mediator would be needed here. If the two of you is ok with it, I suggest the OP takes this to casino.guru or askgamblers since they usually mediate cases like this on their websites.

The last case I took to askgamblers with Stake was dismissed by them. That doesn't seem to be an option. My friend also said he was accused of being an alt, given no explanation. Seems like "if you're not in with the crew, we will deny the winnings and reroll until we get someone we know"
