I once had that thought because of a very long losing streak, but we all have a series of long losses. Gambling is a game of uncertainty; you will have long losses or winning streaks.

If you expect to make money, that will hurt your ego and your pocket, and stopping is the right thing to do, but if gambling is your leisure time, I don't think losses will matter to you, only quit when gambling is harming you, if its not then just go on wiunning will just come, and most of the time when you least expect it.

Of course they do, if you're those set of gamblers that usually go with the expectation of wining almost every time they gamble of course you're likely to do the same after gambling several times and you noticed that you haven't been lucky to win all this while you have been playing gamble. No, I have not been in this situation before. The folks I know who have been here make this conclusion as a result of regret from a loss. They feel remorseful and make this emotional outbursts but after some days, they will go back to gambling. A person that doesn't have the skill to utilize his finances when he has nothing can not do well when he has something. Or Will definitely end up not managing a higher fund. No, because the more they often get lose, the more they will gamble to chase their losses and expect a big win in the end to cover all what they have lost. That's mostly the behavior of a gambler, particularly those addicted ones. A very good suggestion and I suggest it as well. Sometimes, all they need is to take with someone who's more experienced and went through the same path as they did. They'll have to clearly listen to these people and they can also voice out what's inside of them. Having no luck is fine but accepting it is harder because they think that they can recover their funds and until, they've lost almost everything they have. And so, if they have someone to talk to and voice it out, and someone to tell them what they should do. Maybe from there, it will make them more responsible and aware of the must dos.

people with hard luck should take a step back and work on a strategy if they are gambling to make profit but gambling for fun witj an affordable amount that you can risk is okay. The only people that get affected are those that gamble with huge amounts to make profit but they end up losing consistently. some gamblers with hard luck find it difficult to quit even though they want to because they are addicted

Even if you're gambling for fun and you're not gambling to get rich through it you will still like to win now and then after some loses, if you are not winning at all you won't be happy. Although I've not heard of somebody that is a gambler who doesn't win sometimes but if there is such a gambler I won't blame him if he decides to quit. Everybody likes to be successful and so far as a gambler you win sometimes you will keep going not minding that you can lose most of the times. I like to gamble for fun with small amounts and I don't expect to win all the time but I still don't mind to win sometimes.

You need to have knowledge and understanding if you play poker or bet on sports. For most gambling games, you only need to press a button. So, if a person is constantly unlucky, then they need to stop playing for a while. If you don't have any luck after that, then stop again, etc. If this is repeated three times or more, then the breaks can already be measured in half-years and years. Changing the casino may also help (but it's not certain that it will). But all this is not suitable for a person who wants to gamble at all costs.

I don't understand what you mean by technical knowledge because there is no amount of knowledge that can prevent you from losing. As far as gambling is concerned there is nothing you can do that can easily get a win except luck on your side, gambling is not a source of income but I don't know why someone would purposely hope on becoming rich quick through gambling. Nah, I don't think that's gonna be the case for those who rarely win. That situation will only make them realize that they will lose more if they go any further. Those who chase losses are those who have once gotten enough wins that fuels them courage to put more bets so they can potentially hit the jackpot sooner. As they take this path, it will only lead to more losses, and it will go unnoticed that they are already chasing it.
Those who don't get enough wins would probably going to quit, realistically speaking, as none inspire them to gamble in the first place, unless they are betting on sports and enjoy the game while having a bet on the line.
