Moderator(s)dey delete post without advice or anything.

I no know how this thing dey work for here like that but e no get how moderators fit choose to delete your post if e bad and at the same time give you an advice at least before deleting it to make you know where you went wrong, before you know person go see message like alert say them don delete your post. I know say I no perfect and we all make mistakes but common we need more than that deleting without a remark or something to say this post get K-LEG, abeg e no fit be way wey You wey be moderator to maybe change this your style even if others dey do am you fit do things the way you do but tell the person say this your post no make sense and tell the person to add small improvement at least e go encourage the person even if na me or the next make wey dey read this post,  na so person or people for her go take grow small wisdom of encouragement. Abeg how una see this one?

See na, this one don carry my post come dustbin and na this kind of things dey weak person to post here for this our local board, fine nobody big pass to delete him post na true but can't we improvise? The little time I have spent here I have seen some movement that is not cool so that no mean say we go stop to come here and share information. Lack of communication no dey keep relationship and na wetin make some of the people wey dey ahead of us smaller ranked members no dey go well, them feel say we too small for their eyes.
