On 6th of December my account has been blocked. Because I can not log in, I can’t request for a withdrawal of my 8000+$ of which 5000+$ are my deposits. My few e-mails to them didn’t received any response.

I am very disappointed with this situation, because I was loyal client in this casino with long history of sport bets.
I didn’t break any rules, the account was used only by me. I’m able to provide any proofs for this.

So be careful for them guys. Your money are not safe in this casino!

Casinos can't just banned a user account and there are many participants in that Casino and they can't just select yours and ban because you didn't do anything against the casino. The story from your side is not clear. The casino as stated that you violated rule 9.7 and you are saying you didn't break any rule. That clause in rule 9.7 is multiple accounts.

I do not know the reasons for having multiple topic created on this same scam accusations, at least you should have waited for the first one to be handled or looked into before having to create another topic in respects to this scam of this same topic.

However, I do not see reason why a casino will blocked your account without having to misused their terms on the site, of course when a casino restricts you or block you it shows that an illegality has been carried out on your account. So, to me you must wait for their response or you can contact their campaign manager if he has any connection to them to get you feedback quickly, I am not guaranteeing you that he would resolve it but just try to contact little mouse as their manager if there could be any solution.

Brother Little Mouse is not their campaign manager; it's Royse777. We have one member providing support; he should post in the official thread. You don't have to make two topics on this section. One is already enough as it contains you the same accusations. Soon, that other thread whether you lock it or not will be deleted.

And with the uploaded screenshot, the staff have provided you a strong reason for your ban and that's likely a fraud or multi accounting and the others have stated.

If you can provide more details to them that you didn't cheat on them, who knows if they'll give you some unban and release of funds.

That is quite an alarming state of affairs. It is not the way of any casino to block the account containing such a big sum of money and then neglect the emails. In case you did not breach any law, and would consider giving a verification they should at least give a clear reason. I would save all evidence and proceed to popularize this further, because online forums are usually quicker to respond to. Until this is dealt with, your experience is a good caution to all.

Unfortunately, he is not providing more evidence for what he claims. I agree $8k is a massive amount of money. If I were in this situation, I would update this thread as soon as I get a recommendation and response.
He violated the 1win rules, and the decision is now final. He needs to show that he had indeed played and deposited on 1win. I don't think there will be a reversal of this decision. He can go to arbitration if he believes he is clean. 1win has no valid scam reports so far.

On 6th of December my account has been blocked. Because I can not log in, I can’t request for a withdrawal of my 8000+$ of which 5000+$ are my deposits. My few e-mails to them didn’t received any response.

I am very disappointed with this situation, because I was loyal client in this casino with long history of sport bets.
I didn’t break any rules, the account was used only by me. I’m able to provide any proofs for this.

So be careful for them guys. Your money are not safe in this casino!

1win never block account without the gambler violating the rule (s) of the Casino. Op lied by saying he didn't break the casino rules.

1Win casino has never banned an account without any tangible reason at hand. I have not really seen much of a complaint against the casino because the casino is open and transparent. How come you got banned if you have not done something wrong and have failed to prove yourself beyond a reasonable doubt that you are innocent?
OP can contact the security team to further clarify with them if he claims he is innocent of the crime he has committed before his account got blocked by the casino. I think that best settles the matter for him to communicate them directly now.

I managed to find these transactions without accessing the blocked account. However, I made at least two more deposits, with the total amount, including the ones listed above, definitely exceeding $5,000.

The only explanation I received was a laconic one like the one above, which doesn't really explain anything.
I didn't break any of the rules in this section, or any other. Of course, no evidence was presented to me. However, a whopping $8,000+ was stolen (over 5000 was my deposits). This is completely ridiculous and disqualifies this casino. Later when I will back to home I will upload missing photos once again.

EDIT: As I double checked all links works. security@1win.social only response is the same copy-paste email which not explain anything.
