1win block account and stole all funds

On 6th of December my account has been blocked. Because I can not log in, I can’t request for a withdrawal of my 8000+$ of which 5000+$ are my deposits. My few e-mails to them didn’t received any response.

I am very disappointed with this situation, because I was loyal client in this casino with long history of sport bets.
I didn’t break any rules, the account was used only by me. I’m able to provide any proofs for this.

So be careful for them guys. Your money are not safe in this casino!

1win is having a good reputation here in the forum and also run a signature campaign here. $8000 is a lot of money. Have they returned your deposit of $5000 ? I know you cant access your account so if you can provide more details about your betting pattern on the site, it might help your case to gain some attention.

Re-uploading the screenshots for everyone to see. If you are really a long-time player, you have to prove that, like registration date, withdrawal, and deposit history; this is a violation of their terms. If they have solid proof, your chances are not good, and most of the time, they are right.

I support Rikafip to lock this thread. Having two topics will confuse us, including you. Before you lock this thread, please add more information beyond the registration thread, as this is not enough. Drop all available emails that you received from 1WIN I have tagged @Mate2237 to help you. In your case, you can send him details of all your proofs, including transaction details, if it's possible.
You need to accept that the decision is final and hope your deposit will be returned; this should be at 1win's discretion.
