Lets look culture china and russia never gona be allies its fake and its not real.
China and usa can get well together there is a lot chinese people and strong community of chinese in usa.
Btw, china and usa both are materilistic nations russia its more religious.
Just by the culture we see russia middle east and uk can get well together uk because its not white abymore its fully islamic country and same religion is strong in russia.

So great allies would be with same culture kind of china usa and canada and australia and some parts of europe definately baltics aswell maybe poland.

Usa cant go really war with china it will couse massive civil unrests in usa aswell because china people and usa get well together what rulers does it dont matter because its about culture and same interests of people also chinese people love shopping in usa like now usa is full of chinese guys who do shopping.
Both china and usa are strong in trading too strong in business investing and playing with stock market gambling.

So we have teams: china usa canada australia
Uk russia and middle east .....whats left either choose china usa team or russia uk and islamic state.

Not sure about germany or france the france is split its half western values belivers and half islamic, and india its more like islamic off course.

Whos the winner side of all ? Off course china and usa together are winners of all the things now it dont matter what goverment want it matters a lot whats the culture and religion.

Sorry but I think you have a very shallow understanding on geopolitics and the relations between the leading powers on this planet.
In reality, it does not matter there is a lot of people from China living in the united Sates, as there are also a significant percentage of russian people living in other countries, and yet those countries are considered to be antagonistic to Russia and her interest in western europe.

There are also a lot of Cubans in the United States, under your logic then Cuba and the USA are supposed to have good relations, and it is quite the opposite.
In general, when some country is authoritarian and unfair against its own citizens, those same citizens try to flee. That is obvious.

The culture of the United States is one of freedom for the people.

If the people of China who are in the US want to bring Chinese Communism to the US, the US has, by its own laws, the right and duty to stop them. But if the people of China who are in the US want to simply remain free to live and do business, they are free to do so, in the US. Same with the people of any other nation in the US.

If nations other than the US have slavery laws, that make their citizens slaves, it's up to the citizens of those nations to change their national laws if they want to. Depending on a bunch of circumstances, if people of other nations ask the US for help against their governments, upon legislation in the US government, the US may decide to help them... or not.

Alliance of most of these developed and powerful countries are in many cases built on economic interests, political interests or  the tactical interests of their security collaborations, although sometimes the cultural and religious angle also plays its own part, but governments decide on possible alliances based on what I highlighted, which is political, economic and security interests, that is why globally you see that countries with very diffrerent cutural and religious belief still find a mutual ground to work and collaborate together as long as it benefits both party. Obviously shared value can surely make collaboration or cooperation much easier but it can't be the lone factor in deciding whether countries decide to either become allies or rivals.

USA has a history of getting well along every cultures. Every foreigner cultures have a local community in North American cities: italians, jews, hispanics, indians, chinese, and so on... Still, there is a lot of hate for US going on, which I would translate in another word: envy.

In fact, that has been a double edge sword for USA, because at same time they have been opened to foreigners, they also suffered a sabotage from inside. Something russians, for an example, have been always very careful about letting enemies raising roots inside their territory.

OP, if foreigners are living in your country doesn't mean that they will be good allies. In the USA, we have different areas filled with people from the same country. That's what made US great because they have more foreigners who have settled down in their country to work, invest and boost the economy. If it's only the red Indians that are in America, America wouldn't be great.
