Walking through the scam accusations section I had to understand that people in this forum are not usually given that priority to be attended to, knowing too well that here is there bedrock and starting point where they are doing their promotion. Do you think there should be law enforced on the gambling sites that are running their promotion to always give people that are from here a special preference whereby if they have issues they wouldn't be that hesitant to respond to their problem and solve the situation at hands with this they could gained wider support through the community, than just neglecting most complaints that could be coming from here and it doesn't make sense that way.

Although I have also began to understand that most of the users here do not like to report some casinos because either they are running promotions for them and wouldn't want to have personal issues with their managers so they could hide under the raider and make their complaint with a newbie profile with this they wouldn't know who does that and their chances of still working with same casinos are secure.

What modalities do you think the forum deployed for the casino to obey it and gives special attention to the people over here as they are running their promotion here so, they should also stand firm in helping out people from here with this people could be that willing to continue gambling with them, because if anyone faces problems while using the gambling site they wouldn't be that encouraged to keep using the site again or even think of referencing people to start using the site.

Does this really help or even contribute to people gambling here?

There should always be a way to handle this whereby giving people over here that priority in terms of any complaints, they should be that active and willing to be responsible to complaint from here, with this the accusations could be less, as a matter of fact whenever you uses Google to search any key words about well known gambling site or trying to get complaints or accusations about a site and you search automatically all post regarding to gambling site and how they scam people would appear and whatever that relates with crypto casino is mostly being featured here and Google filters them through this site.

Please next you should learn how to quote instead of quoting the whole body of the post you can only select the area you want to reply and quote it... There is no action of professionalism here or someone  who has walk through all these part to get this level you are.

I don't think users here should get any special treatment. A good gambling site should have a good support, that's regardless of where the player is coming or referred from. After all, this isn't the only place where most gambling sites are promoted. It's not as if their operations or success are somehow dependent on their presence on the forum. So, why should we be given undue priority? Any reliable gambling site should resolve tickets without discrimination.

Tickets are going to be solved in the order they are received on the site. The reality is that sites might have multiple support agents, but they agents are useless. They just give users a preprogrammed message and forward the issue to the higher ups. The higher ups are 1-2 people solving everyone's issues and they are super backlogged with tickets. They need more decision makers, not sockpuppets.

To frank I just visited the section op made mentioned but it seems there is nothing to be done by these casinos because they are afraid of hiring more people to work as customers support or something like that, but my question is that if a casino could raised big amounts of money to run a promotional campaign what is there for them not to get more support team who could be that active in handling more cases than hiring incompetent staff and who are just repeating and sending same messages at all time. It's quite annoying seeing that you could have an issues over 60 days to 90 days nothing has been done and yet they wish people should be using their gambling site that regularly? No! I don't think if this is possible provided they are having much complaints on the daily basis.

Before, I was super active in the Stake.com chat about pointing out players on the Stake.com forum to solve their cases. I think that's what we can do here in the Bitcointalk forum. We can point them to the right platform where their queries will be answered, although if it is not that difficult to answer, we could directly help.
Regarding tickets, I have not yet found myself in a position where I will be waiting for so long before an answer will be received. I only experienced that in trading sites, and it took days before I received an answer. Anyway, I think the forum doesn't really have a responsibility for that. Well, there's no standardization of the service-level agreement for resolution in online gambling, so there might be no direct results to show. Still, I think to improve results, an online casino should target one. There should be escalation channels that ensure excellent service for players.

Ideally, there should only be one ticket then be solved within 24 hours or something. That's the best scenario.

The claim is that most issues are (supposedly) easily resolvable by regular operators. That's why many companies ditch a lot of their support agents and put a chatbot that basically copy pastes answers from the FAQ where most customers are too lazy to even look at.

The bad part is that when you are a savvy customer that has read the FAQ and stills needs help, you need to scream and beg for the chat bot AI to transfer to a real human, who is actually required to solve the issue. That can be annoying... Tongue

Ideally, it should be just one support ticket and that the support staff should solved it. However, there are levels of ticket that they might have to escalated to the next level as they can't easily solved it right away specially if the issues are somewhat technical.

There could be some service level of agreement that should be follow. But if we talk about money issues here, then I don't think that it will be resolved the soonest as we all know that a let's say a bigger withdrawal might have to be approved by several people in that casinos.

One ticket is enough and make sure to understand them and they understand your situation if they did not resove the issue, the forum can be a big help.
I once made a scam accustion to a certain online casino here in forum because they dont want to give the prize I won a Grand jackpot on a slot,

Although I have also began to understand that most of the users here do not like to report some casinos because either they are running promotions for them and wouldn't want to have personal issues with their managers so they could hide under the raider and make their complaint with a newbie profile with this they wouldn't know who does that and their chances of still working with same casinos are secure.

If a high ranking member opens up a complain, I think it will be taken seriously by the casino and that will also get a reasonable manager involved to sort the situation and not to punish the user by removing the person from the casino campaign especially if they have genuine complain and proved it. But to create a new profile because of the fear of being removed from the casino payroll will make the casino to keep doing their business as usual and not seat up. So I think complaint will be taken seriously from a high ranking member if they are actually affected and not to hide on newbie account except they are not genuine.

To frank I just visited the section op made mentioned but it seems there is nothing to be done by these casinos because they are afraid of hiring more people to work as customers support or something like that, but my question is that if a casino could raised big amounts of money to run a promotional campaign what is there for them not to get more support team who could be that active in handling more cases than hiring incompetent staff and who are just repeating and sending same messages at all time. It's quite annoying seeing that you could have an issues over 60 days to 90 days nothing has been done and yet they wish people should be using their gambling site that regularly? No! I don't think if this is possible provided they are having much complaints on the daily basis.
I'll guess from my experience with a lot of these casino management, they barely have a large circle working with them.. it's usually like a team of 5 to 6 people and since it's an online business, they don't literally need that much amount of staff to work.. they simply need someone at the back end, the front end and the higher ups.. every other persons are just managing thier social media promotions and those people don't have the authority to validate most complains, they simply forward them to the higher ups who like others have said, would have countless numbers of complains on their desk.. but on the other hand, since they are having various promotions on the forum, it would be nice to have someone dedicated to treating complains here..

for me raising many tickets doesn’t really guarantee faster resolution, what matters more is how responsible & reputation conscious the casino is if they are promoting here it’s common sense that they should also be active here when problems come up, this forum is very visible on Google so ignoring complaints here actually hurts them more in the long run. One of the other direction I want us to look at is in the area of how the complaint are submitted, like me I always seek to get transferred to human agent before I submit my tickets and whatever information that involves my case, so I know human is handling my case and not bots agent who keep giving random answers.
