I will identify the company referenced below after providing the relevant context. I have been one of the company’s largest global partners and, over the course of our cooperation, generated revenue exceeding USD 100 million.

During the course of our business relationship, the company’s owner made a decision to leave from grey markets. While this may be considered a legitimate business decision, certain subsequent actions taken by the company raise material concerns.

In particular, users originally acquired through my marketing efforts were invited to migrate to a newly established brand without the provision of tracking, referral, or attribution mechanisms. As a result, traffic and users developed through my efforts appear to have been redirected without clear authorization, attribution, or commercial reconciliation. Such conduct may constitute a breach of established commercial practices and partner expectations.

Additionally, following publicly reported workforce reductions exceeding 300 employees, the company’s recent conduct may suggest a broader pattern of decisions that adversely affect long-standing partners and contributors to its market position.
The company referenced in this statement is sportsbet.io, a brand that was previously regarded as reputable.

This communication is made without prejudice and with full reservation of all rights. I am not seeking relief or resolution through this post. My sole intention is to encourage transparency, due diligence, and caution among current and prospective partners. Publicly available information suggests an increasing number of similar concerns raised by others.

Let me explain the scale of the theft with numbers. Despite receiving millions of dollars in deposits every month from the traffic I drive for the company, they're adding fictitious transactions to avoid paying me. As if that weren't enough, they're transferring my members to another company (yolo.com) without my permission.

You can probably guess what the next step will be. I felt responsible for writing this on every platform to prevent a global scam. This is a serious warning to users with significant balances. A company that deceives its business partners may then target gamers. I've heard they're going to shut down the company within a few months. Absolutely do not risk trading with these brands. I understand that it could be frustrating seeing that you are not getting any benefits anymore, but the company is generating income from the traffic you provided. I assume the company thinks the customers are there already, once they sign up for it. So, they forward their players wherever they want. From your perspective, this could looks very wrong, but from the company point of view, it seems they have the rights to inform their customers about their sister brands.

As you may already know, they are no longer in this forum, and you are unlikely to get any response from them. But yeah, it is too bad seeing you aren't getting any benefits any longer for your hard work, but they are making money from your traffic.

Have you tried reaching out to them and asking why this happened without your permission? You can definitely talk to them and request a clear explanation about the issue. Unless they refuse to respond because of different intentions of doing it. In a situation like this…I believe filing a case is necessary.

Bringing it here will never give you the solutions or raise proper awareness. It also doesn’t address the issue directly. The best thing you can do is to contact them…make them know that you are fully aware and are waiting for their explanations.

You didn't show any proof regarding your connection with them which is why I cannot just side with you over them who are quite reputed in this forum even now thanks to years of hard work. Am not in any way saying that you are lying or anything, but proof is essential in these cases.

Also, even if you prove that whatever you stated is legitimate, it won't really change much apart from a slight hit to their reputation within this forum.

Sportsbet.io's parent company, "The Yolo Group" has made a decision to restructure the whole business to focus solely on regulated markets going forward.

This means that Sportsbet.io, Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io will be pulling back operations on all marketing spend and for us.

As a minimum, this means leaving the Bitcointalk forum at the end of this month, and pulling back other areas by the end of the year.
some of you maybe aware that the LC, SB, BC Signature Campaigns have all finished up.

This has put me out of a job, I will finish up on November 10.
Unfortunately, this also means the 7 year partnership with one of Bitcointalk's best Signature Campaign managers, JeremyPWR does come to a end October 31.
JeremyPWR has been brilliant, many thanks mate!

For the moment, my understanding is that Sportsbet.io (and others) will keep operating on a minimal staff set until the final decision will be made on its operations.
Funds are safe, withdrawals and betting business is as per usual, and Ill be around to communicate more when I know. (even after Nov 10)

My understanding is that we will payout all the agreed sponsorship money for the SB sponsored prediction pools for 2025/2026.
I have paid most out already to the competition owners, and I will chase up remaining payments.

At Least for now, I can guarantee that the weekly Free Bets associated with those season long promotions will be paid out. After that, I do not have any further information at the moment.

We all have seen in our lifetime here on Bitcointalk that recently, things HAVE changed when it comes to Crypto Currency Sportsbooks. Governments are making it harder to operate, Countries are clamping down in many areas, and we've recently pulled our operations out of India and Japan.

This board decision has come in like a wrecking ball, and we have all been blind sighted over this.

I just recently flew to see Cro2 combo in Croatia (I paid for my flights and accommodation personally) one weekend to talk about the next few seasons of Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics Seasons.. I verbally committed to another season on the Saturday night. I left Croatia on the Monday to fly home, I was sacked on that Tuesday along with nearly 300 others.

It has been a absolute pleasure for all of us from our side to be part of this community and I'm going to be extremely sad when Sportsbet.io is not part of it.

Many former employees have made confessions. I can prove anything you're curious about.

Have you tried reaching out to them and asking why this happened without your permission? You can definitely talk to them and request a clear explanation about the issue. Transparency was lost 4 months ago. Steve is a brand employee, and I'm an affiliate account holder. I don't have an obligation to be transparent because everything is already under the company's control. They should be transparent with me. For example, this month, all 8 of my affiliate panels are showing losses.

They got where they are today thanks to the hard work of me and dozens of others, and now they've resorted to this.

The brand left the market leaving us in a disadvantaged position. I've been working for these people for 6-7 years. Before that, we never had any problems. Besides, why would I try to tarnish the reputation of a brand that's about to close down? Please ask yourself that question, you'll find the answer.

I can understand why you are disturbed with things that are happening with Sportsbet, but they announced big changes some time ago.
If you dont like their new direction and rebranding you should have planned exit of your investment on time.
I know Steve and some other reputable forum members already left Sportsbet, and many of their regular members will do the same.

You indeed don't have any obligation to be transparent to uhh... us, since you're just an affiliate and not part of the company. And no one asking you to be that: transparent to us.

What's quoted on my post, simply a proof to contradict what you tried to complain here: that they're not transparent. As evidenced, Steve and other SB employees has done their duty well-transparently, here on the forum. If we, a mere observer and forum members and crypto users and players got the memo and you, a big affiliate that help build SB, didn't... perhaps --if I may humbly suggest-- expand your channel and reach?

In the country we're in, they achieved success thanks to me, yes. They were receiving 30m in deposits monthly. Before me, that figure wasn't even 100k.

As you mentioned, everything can end, but you don't steal the traffic of the people who brought you to that position. Alternatively, you could say we'll continue from here.

For example, the company in your profile picture wanted to work with us, but Sportset made a lot of unfounded negative comments about us, just to prevent us from working with Winna. A lot of slander...

Despite this, Winna's management wanted to work with us because it was clear that it was slander. We asked them to share the name of the person who spread the slander, but they didn't, so now we're working with another brand.

I haven't lost anything financially; almost every company had offers because we do our job properly. This is the first time in my life I've had a problem with a company, and it was this one. You can just consider this a simple warning. Those who don't act ethically in the industry should be publicized through forums like this.

If that doesn't sound convincing, I can certainly add all the details individually. I need to emphasize this again. I am not one of the hundreds of people the company fired. I am simply the brand's largest affiliate account worldwide. They mistreated hundreds of employees, failed to pay many of their business partners, and even stole traffic. Then they spread slander to prevent me from working with other companies.

I was barely affected by the process because we have very significant traffic and have signed a better contract with another brand. I only wrote this to warn you to be careful around these brand. (sportsbet,yolo,bitcasino) There's no point in slandering a company that's about to close anyway. I just wanted to share my experience. I'm writing this to prevent any potential additional hardship during the closure process. We are not an organization whose traffic can be stolen. Please consider these messages a community warning.
