Advice Needed: What Is the Best Path for a Ready-to-Launch Crypto Wallet Project

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some guidance from experienced members of the community regarding the next steps for a decentralized crypto wallet project that is already built and prepared for market entry.

Current Status of the Project

Non-custodial decentralized wallet (users control private keys)

Supports multiple EVM-compatible chains

Already listed on CoinMarketCap (CMC)

Integrated with Trust Wallet and MetaMask

Featured by major media outlets such as Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, and Business Insider

Professional whitepaper and pitch deck completed

Clean structure with no technical or legal debt

The project is technically ready for exchange listing, and preliminary communications with major exchanges (including top-tier ones) have already taken place.

The Situation
Due to external circumstances unrelated to the product or technology, I’m currently unable to continue scaling and operating the project under its existing structure.

My Question
From your experience, what would be the most reasonable path forward for a project at this stage?

-Bringing in a new operating team

-Strategic partnership or partial handover

-Full transfer of ownership and brand

-Or any other option commonly used in similar situations

I’d appreciate any insights, examples, or lessons learned from those who have dealt with comparable scenarios.

I have not dealt with similar situations but I would say it's difficult to sell something that have not seen the light yet, compared to selling it when you have a good active userbase. I would recruit other individuals to run it while you're still the owner.

I do need to understand a few things though:

- You said it's listed on CMC, but exchanges are not listed yet, the coin is there... but generates no volume from neither CEXes nor DEXes?
- What's the social media presence like?
- What do you mean it's integrated with Trustwallet and MetaMask? how can a wallet have such an integration?

OP provably may struggle to find solution on his question because he didn't even bother to construct a original post in this thread and he choose to use AI.

Copyleaks say this post 100%, Quillbot  also says the same, lastly gptzero also generate same 100% Ai result. So I think even if he get valuable opinion still he might not get those things since OP is realying on Ai here.

Maybe better if he just research for more info and stop using Ai on this matter.

Since when CMC list wallet? I only could find this page that show wallet token https://coinmarketcap.com/view/wallet/.

What does integration mean? Does that mean your wallet can connect to those wallet? Does that mean you support custom format created by those wallet?

Since i prefer open source app, have you consider open source it and hopefully receive some support/help?
