My take is that those are valid, the lack of regulation to some random gambling platform could put you in a major risk, especially those who requires KYC after winning something even it offers convenience and quick bets, privacy and lack of consumer protection is at risk.. That is true, if it is a credible casino, I don't think they will have such accusation. Also, if you have no idea about the casino's reputation, there are so many review sites these days. But for me, you can get a better insight here inside the forum. Also, you can read a lot of unfiltered reviews and feedbacks as well as their trust summary, which for me is a very good reference.
