I dont think that you should not be afraid of losing your gambling activity as a secret, because you can have that consultation to be prepared against gambling addiction in advance. Right now I'm not an addicted gambler, I don't need to go for any gambling consultation as I'm not in  any way addicted to gamble or even getting close to become addict to gamble. How I know I'm not getting addicted to gamble is because I'm gambling with the amount that I can afford to risk and I don't chase my losses.
