What can be done with a member that keeps flaunting posting rules?

He repeatly posts on the mining pool.

He accuses braiins of stealing his solo  block.

It is very likely no block was stolen.

He has been directed to post in scam and reputation sections not mining.

I red tagged him.

I told him where to post and he did  post there  months ago.

He repeatedly  does this.

And it clogs the visuals  of mining.

I also reported multiple posts which were deleted.

So he has a pair of distrust
The mod has deleted quite a few of his posts. That I reported.

But no one should be allowed to do  what he is doing.

He should probably be banned as he keeps posting the same AI summary of what he thinks happened over and over, ad nauseum. I remember looking into the meat of his claims earlier and there was nothing there. Wouldn't be surprised if he is temp banned, continues doing what he is doing after the ban, then gets banned again.

This is what happens when a newbie fails to read and understand the rules and regulations of the forum. Learning about the forum before posting anything is what should be taken as important. Well, I can see this user has already been tagged but with that he keeps repeating same thing he was tagged for. He never see what he was doing as something wrong. With this his actions, it is obvious this account isn't in anyway important to him. Just has @nutildah has said, banning this account can only be the way out.

That's a false allegation, and it suppose to have a penalty, from my perception...because before anyone make any claims, it suppose to make a proper investigation before publishing to the public.

Since is afraid of making his petition on scam accusations or Reputation, that's another evidence to know that his claims are not right.

Tagging him is partially right, but a process whereby he consistently posting a false information after he has been warm, it's when the red tag would have be necessary, I think neutral should he tagged instead of Red.

I recall a similar case where a member was banned from posting in the technical section, so something like this is possible. However, in the above case, it's clear he's posting spam, not misinformation, and therefore he should be banned from the forum.

Like some, if not all who have commented have said, I see no reason why the user in question shouldnt be handed a temporal ban and later handed a permanent ban if he or she continue to disregard and flaunt the forum rules..

I understand and reckon with the whole idea of freedom which the forum stands for, but when a users motive here on the forum is to create distractions and cause nuisance by making other forum members uncomfortable, spreading fake accusations, spamming and posting possibly fake information, then such user doesn't deserve to be here, when all warnings fell on a deaf ear, then a ban should follow, no two ways about this.

Honestly you did well already by identifying such habits of posting and to have also reported him countless times to the moderators, when we are in a large community like this, we can't prevent ourselves from having encounter with people like this, they keep bragging about what is not, I don't know if the intention bfornthis is personal to them or they are trying to get attention.

But here's my advice, they are very smart and could probably not get banned because they are not going against the forum rules, but you can continue to report such to get their post deleted, the mods may tender temporary ban if they spam continuously, you can leave a review on them, lastly, if it's possible, try to ignore them as well, they will soon get tired.

He will eventually get banned. I don't know how many reported posts it takes before the moderators can ban a user who does not want to change his posting habits, but if you keep reporting him, the time will come when the moderators just decide to have him banned.
There is a member who seemed mentally sick and keep on spamming on a certain thread, mods kept deleting his posts until they later decided to ban him. He tried to come in with alts, but those were also banned with immediate effect.
