has become far greater than any one person.

The only way for Satoshi's identity to be proven is for Satoshi to sign a
message from one of the identified wallets, or to simply move some coins.
Otherwise any future claims or suggestions as to Satoshis identity is nonsense.

Im not that believing anymore if there are some news that tells about on being Satoshi Nakamoto. We do have that tons of claims in the past but none of them were able to prove it out.
One thing thats for sure is on which that if ever that someone do able to move the funds into those Satoshi-known wallets then thats a absolute proof that he's Satoshi but we do know that all of them are just Faketoshi.
In regarding about holding or not then it will be that depending on you. Just like been said by others above that it will be not that much of a concern because even if the creator would surfaced out and didnt do something about Bitcoin then it will be just that fine. Instead of thinking about that huge dump, there might be that even more pump and it will be depending on the sentiments around.

The main concern of many about the reemergence of Satoshi is the amount of coin he is hodling. They fear that he might decide to dump some or all which could lead to a drastic drop in price. If Epstein is Satoshi, it means that fear is gone. My take is that he is not Satoshi.

You literally read my mind. There are many "skeletons in the closet" of people we call outstanding. Are you suggesting that Epstein has knowledge and skills in the fields of cryptography and programming?
You could've changed the question to something different. Something like "Would you HODL BTC if there was rock solid evidence, that Satoshi Nakamoto is a pedophile?" To be honest, such question would make me think a lot about the subject. I think that my answer would still be "yes". I would still HODL and use BTC, despite knowing that Satoshi Nakamoto could be a criminal. Sometimes bad people can create something good. If Satoshi did something bad, he must be placed in prison, but Bitcoin is great and Bitcoin should never be associated with the bad deeds of his creator. That was just a thought experiment. I'm thinking here we go again with another Satoshi guesses, it is a disgrace to think somebody like Jeffrey Epstein, would be Satoshi Nakamoto, it will dent the heroic image that people have of this legend that created a masterpiece in Bitcoin. Anyway we are all entitled to our guesses of who the real Satoshi is and I think this mind game will continue for a very long time until it dies down sometime in the future and everybody will fully concentrate on the value that is in Bitcoin. If the real Satoshi or his associates wants to unravel the secret they won't have to claim anything, they will just move some of his stash, that would be the ultimate. In the future nobody will care anymore to unravel the true identity of Satoshi, Bitcoin is already very huge and as it gets bigger Satoshi will regrettably not be too important anymore.
