He is inactive since two days and seems careless about paying the 25$ giveaway. I wonder why he started the giveaway if he will ignore it later. Not good for his reputation. He is an old member account.

It's been 24 hours and yet no news from you, it's really unfair to host a raffle you can't fund and if I can remember vividly, I think someone asked you to escrow the funds to avoid all these dramas  

What a good initiative but it will only be a good initiative if you do the right thing. It will be better you use an escrow for people to trust you because if you woke up from 6 years of not being active on this forum, no one will just trust you just like that.

Because it is a giveaway, I can volunteer myself to act as free escrow if you do not mind. Definitely I can not exit this forum because of just $25. Or you can make use of escrow providers on this forum.

Judging from your profile feedbacks, I think the winner shouldn't be expecting any rewards since you requested for an $800 non collateral loan which wasn't approved and suddenly hosted a free raffle without sending out the funds to the winner since over 7 days now.

I do not know if this is going to happen but there is more than 99% probability that it will happen with how the account of antonpans is, so I think escrow would have been better.

So far I can volunteer myself as a free escrow but he is not willing to use escrow, that increased the probability that he is only wasting people's time.

Let us give him some time before we would give him red tag, he may still pay.

Why you call me a spammer? I didn't beak forum rules in posting but keep updating the thread for visibility. If not because of what you called spam, you weren't to notice this thread. You are spamming this thread by accusing me to be a spammer. Say something useful or keep silence.
