It is obvious that we all have been fooled by the op of this thread. I submitted my own bitcoin address to see if I can be lucky on this one, but coming back to this thread to read comments, and along the line discovered that the op just made a fool out of us. I also took a look at the op profile and discover that he was given  tags and two of those tags stated that op is a compromise account.

Someone compromised the account to lie in a giveaway?

He hasn't intention to pay the prize since day one after announcing the winner. I don't know if I can blame him or not because it's a free contest.

I think it will be best to take this matter to reputation board so they will look at it. If the op is actually a scammer I believe he will be sanctioned.
