OP should actually be thankful to the community for not taking advantage of the prediction rules. There was no specific time limit for submitting predictions, so any participant could have posted a Bitcoin price prediction just one minute before the snapshot. Since there were no rules requiring predictions to be made before a certain time, it would have been very easy for someone to wait and submit their prediction right before the snapshot was taken.

I had never won in prize predictions before. I tried many times. This is the first time I have won in Najia board. I didn’t notice earlier that someone else had made the same prediction. Anyway getting 2nd place is still a big achievement. Next time, I will try even better.

There was no specific time limit set here. However, if we give predictions in the future, we will clearly mention the rules within that time frame. It's normal to predict multiple user same price, in this case scenario , which user sent  the prediction first will be the owner. Like fcfs .
