As this, the worst year of my life, is coming to an end but in a positive light with a fresh mindset and an exciting outlook for what's to come I'd like to take some time to highlight the importance of this forum.

There's a lot of you, some more than others, who are incredible people that I have gotten to know on a deeper level over the years and to all of you I'd like to simply say - THANK YOU!

My mental health was more or less in the bin at the start of this year due to all the things I was dealing with and going through but the outreach I received coupled with some dear friends from here who have been there through it all with me pushed me up and above it all, and there were times where I honestly thought "this is it, the end". Dark places were visited, lonely nights were conquered and with the help of this forum and the people who make up the soul of it I'm finally in a place where I can say that I am alright and looking forward to what's to come next.

I won't mention any names but you know who you guys are. The rest of you, who in some way, shape or form, reached out and offered support I owe lots to, as well. Words will never be able to express the gratitude I have for so many people here. I wish you all nothing but the best in 2026 and beyond, peace, prosperity and most importantly - health. Take care of yourselves, your loved ones and keep your eyes on the prize. I am grateful to be alive at a time where we have daddy BTC to thank for so many things and I'll be celebrating 10 years here in '26. Some of my dearest friends I made here are no longer with us but I know they're having a hell of a time wherever they are right now, always alive and well in my mind at least.

Not going to make you read much more of my ramblings now but just know, whoever you are and wherever you are you can impact people you've never met, might never meet and who are on the opposite side of the world and maybe, perhaps, your actions and words can even talk someone off the ledge, imaginary or not. So to all the good people of this forum, once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My new years resolution for 2026 is to get better at responding to my PM's, I know a lot of you might find it rude that it can take a long time for me to get back to you but I always have your words, ideas or criticisms in my thoughts. I am starting to feel the old me coming back but in a new and improved package.

Reading through these thread made me smile and realize that no matter what we have been through in life it is up to us to determine the outcome of every situation and we have the strength to rewrite our sad Beginnings so thumbs up for you sir for not allowing any bad experience to put you down and bravo for standing strong and tall at the end, I have had my own share of bad experiences and I have been in life threatening situations but here I am doing well and I believe that next year is going to be better and I'm hoping that you will do much better too next year. Looking back is never the option, it is waste of time. Just as you have said already, know yourself and focus on how to improve yourself in positive way.
