My mental health was more or less in the bin at the start of this year due to all the things I was dealing with and going through but the outreach I received coupled with some dear friends from here who have been there through it all with me pushed me up and above it all, and there were times where I honestly thought "this is it, the end". Dark places were visited, lonely nights were conquered and with the help of this forum and the people who make up the soul of it I'm finally in a place where I can say that I am alright and looking forward to what's to come next.

I believe everyone had a taste of what the year had to offer, the good, the bad and the ugly, and honestly it made the journey kinda thrilling and interesting, and the best part is that no one knows what would unfold in the coming year, but one thing I know and I’m sure of is we’ve all got what it takes and more to navigate through whatever life throws at us. As long as there’s a will, there’ll always be a way, as long as we keep looking forward, there’ll always be a way out of everything and anything that’s tryna pull us back, mentally, psychologically, emotionally and what have you.

Hhampuz you have really gone through a lot, i remember the heart break you went through and you came out of it some set of people don't come out of it, when I experienced such a heartbreak I felt so useless and I became so frustrated and I was not even thinking straight anymore.

Well sir I have seen a good works and a lot of good campaign from you and really happy to see you get so strong at this point, well this story got me to remember what happened to me this same few years ago well it was really not easy to but I was by the mercy of God, I wanted to end my life at that point riches clothes and much more did not look good on me and it didn’t even matter to me.
