First of all welcome to the Bitcoin forum, it's nice to have another gambling sites I can take a look from. The overall UI is good, the sports betting is just plain black on my end I'm not sure if I need to register first before I can access it. It's also nice that you have an exclusive games and you have a mobile app (which is not all gambling sites have). Just wanted to add more @Chibit01, I think it's not good to advertise a No KYC if you'll be asking personal information, it says we need  to provide personal data DURING registration process and in LATER STAGE in time.

I rechecked all for this casino gambling Menace.com and found interested complaint from one user around three week, without doubt the reputation of this casino I aware with any bad review before playing the Menace casino because the user ask withdrawal huge amount but process manual until get pending one day later. Suddenly after one day waiting for that user account permanently close the reason due violating term and unbelievable reason that user accused using bot.

Maybe you can check with this complaint report and giving us the clearly answer whos wrong in this position the menace casino or that user.

At first I want to understand if you are their official representative of this project or you are just sharing here for a sharing purposes?
If no! Then it would be Ideal for the project to make account with their names and create their special Ann thread. From what other said and the finding above it doesn't shows that this site is a no kyc site as it would requires uses to submit their document during registration.

If what the user is saying is true it is not a good look for the casino. Over 50% of the withheld funds was their deposit and they did not activate any bonus. You cannot confiscate that much in deposits even if the user broke your rules and you also have to be clear on the rule they broke to limit their winnings.

If you go to privacy policy, you will also see that social security number or ID card are mentioned, that it can be mandatory in some countries. To me this is not a noKYC gambling site. This is it:

I am sorry OP, menace.com claims to be a NoKYC casino whereas, the information that is being requested before registration is far worst than a KYC casino because the KYC casinos that I use don't ask for phone numbers just only a email address for verification and a prove of identity.

If you're part of the marketing team, you guys should change your casino write up to a KYC casino so that people wouldn't be deceived and get disappointed when it's the opposite. Try and be transparent to your customers and build a good reputation for your brand.

I am asking this because it seems the account might have changed hands and was probably bought by Menace.com, as I noticed that the email and the password were changed six days ago. So, there is a high probability that the account changed hands, which is frowned upon.

If you are the new owner, I would request you to create a new account with the name Menace.com and post a new announcement thread. Also, I would recommend hiring a professional graphics designer and posting a more attractive announcement thread. I could be wrong with my assumptions, accept my apology in that case.

The concern is you are highlighting it as a non-KYC, but the terms have a KYC requirement, which is misleading. You are forcing them to click and agree to your terms & conditions, so registering with you means users agree to follow your terms. Then how would it be a non-KYC casino?  You may not ask for KYC at the beginning, but that doesn't mean it's a non-KYC casino.

I will advise updating your topic title and removing the 'no KYC' part. So the thread will not be misleading. If you intend to ask for KYC in the near future after regeneration, then you may introduce it as a KYC casino. So gamblers have prior notice regarding KYC.

This is not surprising, a lot of online casino call themselves as "No-KYC casino" just because they do not ask for it during registration. This is also why it is extremely important for gamblers to at least check the casino's Terms and Conditions before registering or depositing, I've seen a lot of gamblers complain here where the gamblers say that the casino is a "no-kyc" casino but then get asked for it when withdrawing.

Creating such misleading header will make them a shady casino. That's why if they want people to deal with their platform seriously they better try to became more transparent and show all those things what their gamblers need to know.

People would provably understand if they just say that they are asking those requirements for compliance purposes, rather than hiding this requirements. This is really why its important to read their TOS since many casino like them will try to mislead their gambler and suddenly surprise their gamblers with KYC verification.
